I own a 2020 Genesis G70 and since August 2024 I’ve had my car in there four times. When I’m at a light my car slips into park by itself the doors lock and I have to put it in Drive to get it to go again. The first time in August, my car was there for one month. I did have a loaner, but no communication from anyone that works there. They don’t even bother to call you to give updates. I’ve sent numerous texts to Winston who is the manager. QThey say there’s nothing wrong with the car. First told me I had to change the battery which I did. It still continued to go into park. They’re always saying that the technician drove it and there doesn’t go into park with them. I’ve sent them videos showing how it shifts.numerous times yet, They still can’t figure out what’s wrong. Bringing them to small claims court.

This place deserves way more stars than most of the reviews here. I was able to book an appointment very quickly for service due to a check engine light within 2 business days and I was able to drop the car off. I was notified of the issue (covered by warranty) within 24 hours and was offered a loaner vehicle until my car was finished. It took 3 business days to get my car issue fixed without hassle. I was kept in the loop by the wonderful Jacqueline whenever there was an update. Shout out Kiara for making it very easy to get a loaner vehicle out for me as well. I will definitely be coming back here for my car.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had in having a car serviced. I dropped my car off in December after changing the battery and car not starting properly afterwards. I was told up front that they were busy and would be at least a week before they were able to look at it. I had no problem with that and trusted them with my car. A couple of weeks went by with no contact from the service center so I made several attempts to get a status update, starting with the number on the service receipt I received. There was no answer so a voicemail was left. After not receiving a response I continued to reach out while looking for additional contacts including the dealership. I left several voicemails across several contacts but couldn't get a response. A month had passed and I still hadn't received a single update regarding my car. I went to the dealership to talk to the service manager in person. He remembered me from when I dropped the car off but seemed surprised that they still had the car. He couldn't give me any update on the car, only saying that a mechanic looked at it but hadn't made any formal updates. He said he would get to the bottom of it and get back to me later in the day, unfortunately I never heard from him again. I continued to call any number I could find but still couldn't get anyone to respond. After doing some research I was able to locate contact information for the general manager. I sent a detailed email explaining the situation and he quickly responded stating that he was going to the service center to find the car and get a better understanding of why the car was still there. He stated that they were waiting on a part, which turned out to be a bracket to hold the battery in place, and should arrive in a day. I was hoping to get continued updates but could no longer get an update from anyone, including the general manager. After sending another email to the general manager I randomly received a call a few of days ago (Feb 15) to pickup the car. I was told I had to pay $221 dollars for what amounted to an hour or less of work with a minimal discount, of any. I attempted to speak to a new service manager (previous one was no longer there) to explain the situation and that there was no justifiable reason to have held my car for 2 months (with no communication) to complete an hours worth of work. The manager essentially blamed everything on the previous manager and that he still had to charge he full price for the minimal work that was done, claiming that the work had been completed weeks prior. I'm happy to finally have my car back but highly recommend that people look elsewhere if their looking for a reputable service center. These guys have shown that they do not care about their customers and will treat them and their property like trash. The car was in horrible condition when I received it, with the seats in odd positions, trash spread about the inside (photo included). I suspect that people at the service center were using the car for personal travel but didn't record the exact mileage before dropping off. If I could rate them a 0 I would as a 1 is to generous for the experience I had. I do plan on making a formal complaint to Hyundai Corporate as this type of service should not be tolerated on any level.

I took my Palisade there for a regular service appointment. I was extremely dissatisfied with their service. They claimed I needed air filters which I did change. The problem began when I drove off and I noticed that my tires were not rotated, I called and someone who claimed to be the manager says that they were. Now what is happening is that everytime I turn the car on it smells like antifreeze and not sure what they touched but my light for the trunk does not work. Drivers beware if you see that they have scheduled too many cars at once, don't leave yours. They are going to rush and not do a good job.

I have been coming here for a while now and everytime I do, I am impressed at the customer service I get and the work getting done. Working with Farooq has been awesome, and his patience to explain everything and communicate with me every step of the way, each time I have to come! He has made my experience getting my car serviced and fixed something I don't have to worry about as he is transparent and easy to talk with!

I highly recommend this place! Farooq made sure my issue was handled quickly and efficiently, and he made it simple and easy for me. He was very helpful and everyone there was very kind. I had no issues at all! I have had bad experiences at other auto shops but I definitely rate this one 5 stars!
