We were not disappointed! My husband and I needed to find a new mechanic and we had heard good things about the owner, Todd. He was very helpful and honest. His shop dog is adorable too. I thought I was going to have a repair bill not the case. He has to be one of the most reasonably priced mechanic I have ever meet.

Todd really goes above and beyond here. I recently had an issue with my car that he worked on a year or so that began giving me issues again in the past couple weeks. He got me in quick and fixed it without having to pay the cost again. Even though, I’m very pleased about that, I still felt that he needed at least a great review from it! I’m very happy with Hufnagel’s and will refer anyone I can to him! A helpful tip, if you bring cash, he’ll give you a discount off the bill.

Traveling from east MI to outside of Chicago with 3 kids and a dog.... on the highway my van started barely working. Pulled off the highway with my van blinking and beeping and hardly running. Made it to the parking lot. The gentleman was so nice. Came out and started a visual diagnostic on my van. Troubled shot the issue. He was not able to get us in so he called and found a garage right down the road that could take us immediately. He stopped and helped us when we really needed someone!

Going home from Christmas travel and my car stops on the highway. Lucky me, I have my car towed to Hufnagel! Also very blessed to have him squeeze me into his busy schedule so I was able to get my kids home the next day. Thank you to the person who moved their appointment so we could get back on the road!

Great service! I had to make a long distance drive last minute and Todd (the owner) got me in the day of when he had a booked schedule. Service was great. Todd also offered to drive me to and from work! He seemed sincere too. Will be going back here for sure in the future.
