My name is Jared. I just want to show gratitude and thank Huffs automotive. Mike and the team were very gracious with me through this process. I had so many issues with my BMW when I bought it from a private seller, and most of them were issues I did not know anything about. I took it to so many other “mechanics” but they said they ‘fixed’ the problem but my car kept breaking down. I’ve even experienced it overheating. Mike and the team always kept me in the loop communicating everything and provided insight into so much and if I did experience it not starting after something was fixed, they did not hesitate to troubleshoot and figure out what was causing the issues on the car. Not only did they solve the problem(s) they were very thorough throughout the whole process! This was the most excellent I received from any shop. They fixed the service that was requested and fixed more than I asked for and it was at a great price. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone! Not only the service was great, but the whole team was amazing as well. Thank you for not sending me away, and taking care of everything for our car. Have a 2014 Jeep grand cherokee overland. Took it to theses guy to repair 2 blown headlights. They said the front end had to come off to change them which sounded fishy but i agreed. A week later i noticed I had no wiper fluid and the air compressor line for the suspension was busted and leaking on the front left.. Of course they didnt do it and didnt know what happened. Truck only has 40000 miles and sits in my garage, they are the only ones to ever work on it... Garbage repair station. With people like this its no wonder NO ONE trusts repair stations any more

Huffs Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a automotive repair center. Initially went to Huff’s because someone I worked with had heard they specialize in European cars. After doing a little bit of digging, I thought it would be a good opportunity to establish a relationship outside the Mini dealer with ongoing maintenance repairs. I have a 2017 Countryman F60 and have diligently maintained this car from day one, brand new. Currently the car has 94,000 miles. So the vehicle went into Huff’s on 4/1/24 for a coolant and oil leak in addition to lower control arms and bushings needing replacement, at the time the car had 84,000 miles. I also had them service the transmission fluid. Them being the experts, I asked questions. I was very adamant about not having aftermarket parts on the car. They just don’t mix well as being an owner on previous German cars. Repairs were completed and it was probably 6 months after I started hearing a click when the car would go over speed bumps or dips in road. It wasn’t consistent enough at the time which brought me to where I am now. Mini in Tempe has done 90% of the work on the car, maintenance being all up to date. I took the car to them on 2/5/25 and they did a complete vehicle inspection, found that aftermarket bushing/brackets were installed and the control arms were never replaced. I learned there are non serviceable pivot bushings on the control arm. Based on mileage, year, and fact the arms are recommended always to replace when doing bushings. The sound that I was getting and progressing was the pivot bushings in the control arm. Huff’s failed at being the experts in this scenario. 1. They failed to inform me they were installing an aftermarket part on my vehicle. 2. They should have identified that the bushings and control arms work in unison and recommend replacing both. 3. Mike (owner) was very defensive and dismissive to holding accountability. 4. When calling back to reply to Mike directly about the fact he has lost my trust and a customer, he didn’t want to hear anymore and hung up on me. So I’m out $1,000 for repairs that weren’t done correctly and aftermarket parts installed. Customer satisfaction, reputation, resolution of issues, professionalism, future interactions all applied to what was not successful in gaining a customer for life. Very disappointing and would not recommend this shop.

My wife, Norma has had her Mercedes serviced by HUFF for several years and always been pleased with their great customer care! Yesterday she stopped by to get help with a key fob battery. As always Darren Jacobs service manager came to the rescue. Thanks HUFF and thanks Darren.
