I have taken my BMW 5 series to Cynthia Martinez from HPM Collision twice after being back ended in 2 different occasions. The first time around the insurance kept making it hard on me but Cynthia was so helpful with everything from the estimate to also helping with the whole car rental process and making everything less stressful. The insurance wanted to be real cheap and not pay for everything but Cynthia made sure they would cover all fixes to have my vehicle back to normal. On the second time around I already knew I was in great hands so I went back to Cynthia Martinez to take care of it. This time the insurance was way more stress free and agreed to everything Cynthia needed from them. I was very happy and fully satisfied to of taken my vehicle here and have recommended Cynthia to many friends.

Went to get a quote at 650$ for my trucks dent about 3 months ago and was given a company card with the exact quote and initial of the "owner" that gave it to me. When i went back today they raised the price 250$ from the original quote and the same "owner" told me "you should have left it the day i gave you the quote". I would have if i had known he wasnt going to keep his word.

I got into a car accident I needed my car fixed ASAP I spoke with a lady which said to send her pictures of the damage; so I did. I emailed them all info needed they said they’d call me back, they never did so I called them and didn’t get an answer. It’s so unprofessional and frustrating especially because I was going to pay out of pocket. I don’t know what establishment turns down business lol. Luckily I found a mechanic that took on my case in a fast and good manner.

So my cuzin took in his car with them to get fix and it been here for years and still not fix at this point it just to notify u guy DO NOT COME HERE .. cause i wanted to bring my personal car here after i seen my cuzin car well that never happen .. i would save my money n do ur research.. let my cuzin losing $12,000k .. a lesson for u guys not to come here .. will be contacting bar soo too left me no other chocie when ur gwtring no where with the owner ..
