These guys are great! I have a Volvo C30 which is weirdly rare and mechanics are hard to find. They got me in right away to replace my PCV valve this past fall, and even GAVE ME A RIDE to and from the train station, AFTER HOURS!! Oil changes are very reasonably priced considering my car takes a million quarts of fancy European blend, and they do it while you wait. Along with this, you'll get a full inspection and comprehensive explanation of whatever issues they find (including pictures, which is super helpful). Mechanics can be hard to trust, especially as a woman, but I do genuinely feel they are honest about what needs to be done and what can wait. Miles and staff are always very friendly and patient while explaining the diagnosis. Also think their rates are reasonable. I'm glad to have found them and will bring my car there for whatever I can't do myself! Edit: wanted to add- +5 for the cookies, +10000 for not moving my seat!! Thanks, guys! :D

Had serpentine belt tensioner replaced. It started rattling a few days later. I took it in, they said it was fine. Well, today it failed, came totally loose and trashed my serpentine belt and stranded me 45 miles from home. Plus I wanted the them replaced without a warranty but they refused and charged more than the dealer and almost twice what it costs without the warranty. I don’t trust their work with a foreign car (BMW). My mechanic would have charged less than half and I wouldn’t be in this horrible mess. Your response below is incorrect. Your technicians didn’t say ANYTHING about my HVAC system. Moreover, I took it to my qualified BMW mechanic. He said the bolt for the tensioner had been cross threaded and that’s why it failed. It damaged my crank pulley. All this resulted in over $1700 in damage. I should at least get my $800 back but it should be $1700. Based upon your incorrect response which sounds like a lie I am not expecting you to own up to it so your warranty is not worth paper it’s written on. I should have waited and paid my mechanic $375 to do it right the first time. Now I’m out $1700 + $800. I reiterate BAD experience. This will be added to Yelp, BBB and any other reviews I can find. Horrible.

I ran over a nail and was losing tire pressure rapidly as I was going down Ogden, so I pulled in. They checked out the tire and found that it couldn’t be repaired. They’re new tires with a warranty from another shop, so they told me I should go there to use my warranty. They slowed the leak and filled up the tire and got me on my way. I didn’t spend a dollar there but they were super helpful. I think people have given up trying to get a good deal on auto services, we just want to feel like we’re being treated fairly, and I really got a great feeling about this place. Given the opportunity, I’d definitely bring my car back.

Always a pleasure to come here. I know we will be taken care of. They live up to their name as honest. My van has been Nicole and dime-ing me lately and they have been great helping diagnose and fix the issues at a very fair price. Most importantly, they communicate well. Whether a call or text they respond promptly. They send the diagnosis with pictures/video of the issues as well as the completed work. I would recommend these people to everyone. Ramon and Patrick are incredible as well as the mechanics and owners.
