First time customer and extremely impressed with the level of service. I bought a Gravely ZT mower, and while it took some time to get delivered from the factory due to part shortage. Nick Holshoe kept me informed all the way until final delivery. Nick went above and beyond answering all the questions I had. He also took extra time to deliver a touch up paint spray can to my home. Looking forward to doing more business with Hoekstra Equipment!

For a parts dealer, they don't have many parts. Went in to grab a couple basic parts. (Oil filter, mower blades, and a gas cap.) They did not have any of the items. The employees have always been decent. Too bad they have supply issues.

Thank you for an amazing experience. Mike T you are truly a professional. I made several calls to many other Western authorized dealers to have my Western plow installed before choosing Hoekstra Equipment. I had too many hacks that wanted to cut up my truck and remove so many parts off my 2020 GMC AT4 Sierra to make it work. Mike and I talked about options and and after meeting with him I felt totally comfortable leaving my Black Pearl with Mike and his crew. OMG absolutely amazing, minimal trimming and they kept my front end pretty much stock. Thank you again Mike and crew. Totally a custom installation. Strongly recommend Hoekstra Equipment in Grand Rapids.
