His & Hers Enterprise Introduce

This introduction is intended for local users in and around North Monmouth, Maine, seeking information about His & Hers Enterprise, located at 935 US-202. Categorized as an Auto Repair Station, this establishment appears to engage in both vehicle sales and auto repair services. However, it is crucial for potential customers to be aware of significant negative feedback received from recent buyers, which raises serious concerns about the quality of their vehicles and potentially their repair work.

Based on the available customer reviews, there are significant issues that prospective customers should carefully consider. One reviewer recounts purchasing a Land Cruiser with a rebuilt motor and replaced head gasket. Alarmingly, the head gasket failed after only 1000 miles on Christmas Day. The reviewer, familiar with the typical reliability of such engines, attributes this premature failure to "sloppy rushed work." This experience suggests potential issues with the quality of engine rebuilds or repairs undertaken by His & Hers Enterprise. The reviewer further alleges that the owner may have been aware of the vehicle's compromised state, leading to a private party sale rather than through their dealership lot.

Another detailed and concerning review describes a customer's experience purchasing a vehicle in September 2017. This buyer explicitly communicated their need for a reliable and safe car for themselves and their young family, including a two-week-old infant. They were assured by the owner that the vehicle was safe and had new parts installed. However, the night they took the car home, it exhibited starting problems and made concerning noises, requiring six attempts to start each time. Upon returning the vehicle, the starter was replaced. Within a week, the car began shaking while driving. A subsequent inspection by an independent mechanic revealed severe safety issues, including a completely rusted-out rear bumper under the plastic covering and the need for new front struts, among other problems, all within a month of purchase. The reviewer states they drove the car cautiously for six months until a safer vehicle was acquired. This customer explicitly advises others not to buy from His & Hers Enterprise, alleging that they were misled about the car's safety and that a new inspection sticker was placed on a vehicle that would not pass inspection. This review strongly suggests a lack of transparency and potentially unethical practices.

Considering these direct accounts from individuals who have interacted with His & Hers Enterprise, it is difficult to provide a positive description of their environment, services, or features. The negative experiences shared raise serious doubts about the quality and reliability of vehicles sold and potentially the standard of their repair services. The allegations of selling unsafe vehicles and providing misleading information are particularly concerning for local users who prioritize safety and trustworthiness when purchasing a car or seeking auto repairs.

The reviews do not offer any positive insights into the physical environment of His & Hers Enterprise. There is no mention of a clean or organized shop, nor any comments on the professionalism of the premises. Given the serious nature of the complaints regarding the vehicles sold, drawing any conclusions about their repair service environment would be speculative and potentially misleading.

Similarly, the features of His & Hers Enterprise, such as the expertise of their mechanics or the quality of parts used, cannot be positively highlighted based on the provided information. The experiences described suggest potential issues with the competence of the work performed and a lack of integrity in representing the condition of vehicles for sale.

There is no promotional information available for His & Hers Enterprise in the provided text. However, in light of the significant negative feedback, any past or potential promotions should be viewed with extreme caution. Local users are strongly advised to conduct thorough independent inspections and seek second opinions before considering any vehicle purchase or repair service from this establishment.

In conclusion, based on the serious negative experiences shared by recent customers, local users in North Monmouth, ME, and surrounding areas should exercise extreme caution when considering His & Hers Enterprise for either purchasing a vehicle or obtaining auto repair services. The allegations of selling unsafe and misrepresented vehicles, coupled with concerns about the quality of repair work, paint a concerning picture. Potential customers are strongly advised to seek alternative auto repair stations and used car dealerships with more positive and reliable reputations within the local community. It is recommended to prioritize transparency, safety, and ethical business practices when choosing where to entrust your vehicle needs.

His & Hers Enterprise Customer Reviews

We bought a land cruiser here that had a rebuilt motor and head gasket replaced. A little over 1000 miles later the head gasket went on Christmas Day. One of the most reliable motors out there. No reason it should’ve been a lemon other than sloppy rushed work. He must’ve known it which is why he opted to sell it private party instead off of the lot.

I bought a car from His and Hers Enterprise in September 2017. I told the owner that I got screwed over a few mother ago with another car, I told him I wanted a reliable and safe car for me and my family of three...I told him I would be putting my 2 week old daughter into this car. He promised it was safe and nothing wrong with it and that they put new parts on it which I have a list of from when I bought the car. The night we took it home, it started funny and made a scary sound, it took me 6 tries every time I wanted to start my car. I took it back and he had to replace the starter. A week later it started to shake while driving. My father in-law took it to get it re-inspected because something didn't feel right. The mechanic who inspected it told me that it's not a safe car, the rear bumper under the plactic covering was completely rusted out, and it needed new front struts, among other problems, only withen a month of having it. I drove it for 6 months being very cautious, untill I got a much safer car with no issues. I thought I could trust him, DO not buy from them! He also put a brand new inspection sticker on it when it doesn't pass inspection what so ever. His and Hers Enterprise lied to me and my partner, selling us a "safe" car. He took advantage of us because we're Young. They will never get my business ever again! And I regret giving them money.
