These guys took over points service center, which I had been going to for years. I knew them from being across town and decided to stay with the spot. I am happy I did. They are great at communicating. The work is great and it makes it a little easier to take care of your car When they are honest.

Outstanding customer service and craftmanship. Mark is an exemplary small business owner. The gentlemen in the shop take great pride in their work and treat the vehicles they service as if their own children will be passengers. Offering every service for most vehicles, they will repair what is necessary with honesty and integrity. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and the fish are a great distraction for the kids.

I found a nail in my tire the day before Thanksgiving and called several shops, but they all said they were fully booked and couldn’t help. Then I called Hink's, and they were incredibly accommodating. They happily fixed my tire at no charge. Highly recommend them and will definitely return for any future issues!

Mark is awesome! I have a stripped T55 torx screw under my Rivian R1T truck, torque to 80 lbs and I couldn't get it out. Two other shops weren't helpful. But Mark took a quick look and said "I'll take care of it for you, it's easy!!" When that happens, you know he is customer service oriented and he know his stuffs. He took the screw out in less than 5 minutes and wasn't even going to charge me!! I am a return customer with my two other cars for sure, they are not electric, so Mark is my go to guy now.

I had a dead battery at a local business in Harleysville on Christmas eve, around 2:45 pm they closed at three and have a secured parking lot that is gated, my car would have been locked in there for two days. I was trying to remove the old battery and replace it. I could not get the battery disconnected and removed, this guy who just pulled in here to get something at the store asked me if I needed help, he got the old battery out and the put the new one in and got the car running for me. he told me he owned Hink's garage in north Wales. honestly, I never heard of Hink's garage, so I looked it up when I got home, I am writing this review to let people know about the character of this man, who stopped to help someone, it was getting late on Christmas eve, the store getting ready to close, he took the time to help me out, at no charge, I never would have gotten that battery out. I Truley apricate the help and want to say thank you.
