They changed my battery, alternator and tie rods. Car seems to be running good. Good Communication with the staff overall. Paid a little over $2500.. They had mentioned I needed my transmission oil changed. I went to my Lexus dealership today, and they told me I do not need my transmission oil changed. Now I am starting to think they over charged me for the work done on my car… :( I had my foreign father handle all of this for me due to me needing to be at work.. to add on, I paid them $200 for a diagnostic on my radio due to my screen restarting and volume not working. They did not fix it. They basically just charged me for nothing. I took it to another shop and it took them 5 minutes to figure out the problem and only charged 100$ to fix the wiring. I originally gave them 3 stars but they are not honest people. Also very unprofessional arguing with customers on reviews. I will remove this when I get the 200$ I wasted on this “radio diagnosis” they performed. Wish they would have at least washed my car after I spent over $2500.

John and his staff knock it out of the ballpark every time. His knowledge is truly impressive he is a master mechanic and has seen it all. Very professional direct to the point and helps customer understand best way to repair vechical. His techs are super smart and very good at their job. Bring your vehical to high tech and leave with a smile and confidence that car was fixed right.

I brought my car in because I didn't pass emissions and spoke mostly with John. He did a good job explaining what was wrong with my car, and even suggested shopping around before giving the go-ahead with the needed repairs. I have never been to a mechanic who straight up told me that, and I appreciated it, because it indicates that their pricing is fair. At the end I ended up having to bring the car in a second time because I failed the test, but it was for a separate code, and instead of a costly cat converter replacement, they suggested a much less costly way to fix the issue, and it worked! However, if the fix didn't work, they offered to subtract the bill from the more expensive fix. Much appreciated and would recommend.

The guys at Hi Tech are incredible to work with. I was looking to buy a used car at a dealership nearby. I asked John to do a pre purchase inspection. Most shops are a bit annoyed when asked to do this but John was very positive and got to it right away. He sent pictures of a couple problem areas and additional issues and said he would not buy it in 100years! I am so glad I had him do the inspection. I would recommend Hi Tech to anyone looking for friendly knowledgable helpful car people.
