Herbie's Auto Services Customer Reviews

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Accent from here two months ago and was told that it had an inspection, and that the only issue was that it needed to have the O2 sensors replaced and also there were some cosmetic repairs needed to be done. I replaced the O2 sensors, and this car started to fall apart. Granted I bought this car for $1,700 and knew there would be some issues, but not this much. In two months, I've had to replace my brakes, 4 spark plugs, 4 ignition coils, fuel injectors, and now I need to replace the catalytic converters. The car no longer can drive over 35 mph and it's broken down SO many times. I'm sure he may have some vehicles that drive well and don't have too many issues, but it's frustrating when you're told that there isn't much wrong with the vehicle and it not being the case. On the test drive, make sure you go get a full diagnostic, because whatever "inspection" this car goes through is terrible.

I was sold a Monte Carlo with a bad motor. I'd beware of purchasing a vehicle here.

The first car I had gotten from them under a thousand was a lemon car with electrical issues and would stall where ever I had left it and started when it wanted then rid of it. The next car I got in the two thousand range was a nice little '07 Grand Prix that I had for almost three years. The cars aren't too bad for what you're paying for. You're buying a used car and not brand new so you get what you get.

I brought a truck from Herbie's 02/2023 it had a weird smell . The owner told me it was just the exhaust found out today04/28/23 I have a bad engine. Be cautious buying cars from here they just see dollars signs and I'm out of $3800.

Sold us a van for the price it was worth. We have had no problems with it. I highly recommend buying here.
