Haynie Towing & Road Service

These guys saved me! Called a different towing company for a tow and didn’t even get a ETA after three hours of waiting. So I called Haynie Towing after they were recommended to me by a neighbor and got help immediately on a SATURDAY nonetheless! The tow arrived before I did and Josh was as helpful as can be. I will definitely give them a call next time I’m having car trouble in Madison county. Feeling blessed :)

Haylie towing is simply they best tow team.we have a 2500.sd ford.with a 37ft.travel trailer .. broke down on inter state 26... we are traveling from westplam fla.to greeneville ten.called Haylie towing. The crew showed up in 45 minutes, and they said an hour. Garrett and Ryan.. look at what we have. The team got right to work.. towed to shop.we meet owner scott.we are 58min as g.p.s saying to the rv site...the tow team did a huddle...scott...ryan.....garret..with out hesation said for 700bucks we will tow.. truck.. travel trailer ...to your r.v.site..the team at Haylie towing got us to are r.v. they are very professional. Great towing company. If you have an issue and need a tow truck of eny kind, I highly recommend hayine towing agian thank you team gerret ryan.for experience expert knowledge of what do ..

Outstanding service across the board. Came out quickly and dealt with our flat tire within the hour---even on a holiday weekend. Plus, the price was very reasonable and fair. I'd recommend Haynie Towing & Road Service to anyone in the Marshall area.

These guys promptly answered the phone at 7:30 pm, inquired about my situation and needs, returned my call quickly to let me know their arrival time. He said he could be there in 30 minutes, and was actually there in 25! These guys were very knowledgeable, work fast and took great care in the vehicle I had stuck in the ditch! They explained how they would remove the truck from the ditch and did so with great care! Even though it was a U-Haul rental their biggest concern was taking care and not doing any damage to the vehicle! His rates were very reasonable for a job late in the evening! He was extremely friendly and shared his care and commitment to the towing and road service family! I will always call him first! Thanks so much guys for the great work!

My wife was headed home from Mars Hill today headed to Marshall. When she proceeded past the ambulance service, all of a sudden the air indicator came on for the back tire. The tire went from 65 pounds to 35 pounds by the time she got to the Exxon station. Our other vehicle just broke down the other day, therefore she called AAA. She was told someone would be there by midnight and it was 5 when she called. Finally around 7:30, the son of Mr. Haynie pulled in to get gas, my wife asked him if he knew where my jack would be located on my Ram. At this point, he was getting his gas and offered to change my tire. It took him about 20 minutes as it wasn't an easy change. We have used Haynie before and next time, we will just call you guys. God bless the young man that helped my wife. The Davidson family.
