I had a great car buying experience. I did a lot of research before setting foot in the dealership. I called, spoke to my salesman Dan, and asked for an OTD price. Dan was straight forward, gave me the price, and I went to the dealership a couple days later. Dan had me in and out un about 2 hours and he came 1$ above what I wanted to pay. I left happy with my 2024 Mazda3. I hate the car-buying process but this transaction was painless. I would recommend the dealership to my friends and family.

Our sales person, Jerry Castillo, was very nice. He made sure our questions were answered. The buying process took 5 hours and with a toddler it was a little frustrating but Jerry gave him some food which helped. The dealership was clean. The Cars are nice. We purchased two 2025 CX5 Select models.

It took a while but a deal was finally made. I stopped by this dealership the other day because I wanted to let them know as many times have I tried to buy a vehicle from them, it just never worked out. The salesperson I highly recommend was Raul. He was adamant that he was going to be able to get me to buy this car, the 2025 CX-90. I chuckled and then we discuss what we needed. I didn't feel pressured, I didn't feel rushed, and I didn't feel like my time was being wasted. Wasted. Which was a very unique experience. They actually presented me an offer I was kind of surprised about. And after coming back and forth trying to get in the details we actually set it on the deal. That was great and got the vehicle we wanted for the price we wanted. Everybody was happy and I was weirdly waiting for the shoe to drop. You know when you go into finance office and they start to change some things and do some weird stuff, but that never happened. We were out in 15 minutes after going into the finance office. That was very weird and I'm still not sure how I feel about that. But everything weirdly worked out. Fantastic. Give them a shot I was sure that it wasn't going to work out and I was completely wrong. Props to Raul and Hawk Mazda. You guys finally got my business and I feel like I'm going to give you more in the future. Now that my son is going to graduate.

We have several cars from this dealership. We each have a Mazda as well as our oldest daughter. We replaced our 2012 Mazda 3 w/a Mazda hatch in 2023 and I have a 2025 CX-50 Meridian edition. Our daughter has the 2024 Mazda 3 trunk. I can't say enough about the sales and services we have received. I brought my best friend and sister both to this dealership and they each also bought Mazda Suv's. Such good vehicles.
