Havasu Auto Care

I expected to pay over $1k more to fix my AC then I actually paid. Havasu Auto Care has great reviews for a reason. Super nice, friendly, honest, great auto service. I cannot recommend them enough. They even washed my car! In all my years I've never had an auto repair shop wash my car after getting a totally unrelated service. They're just really amazing. Thank You!

Excellent Family Owned Business! Great customer service and communication! Had an oil change done, they gave me a ride home, picked me back up and they even washed my truck. Would highly recommend them for all your service needs. I will definitely be using them again!

If I could give Havasu Auto Care more stars I would. Absolutely fantastic customer service but also professionalism at its best. Let me take you back a bit on how I ended up here. So I had an oil change done at Brake Masters but soon had an oil leak shortly after that. It seemed like every time I took my car to Brake Masters they would cause more damage. I highly advise never ever to go them, the worst. So I called Tire Man and they referred me to Havasu Auto Care. I was so stressed out but they assured me that they were going to get to bottom of the problem. It turned out to be a broken oil filter adapter. They fixed my car in a timely manner and washed my car for free. I will continue to go there for my car repairs. Thank you Havasu Auto Care you’re the best!

Took my Ram pickup to Havasu Auto Care to have a diagnostics test done thinking it was a starter issue and the technician pinned it down to the push button start. Very happy with the quality of service,knowledgeability,and friendliness. Highly Recommend!!!

BE AWARE! This place will nickel and dime you and charge you for anything because they are professionals! They absolutely are not. The lady at the front desk doesn't even know what she is talking about and is rude. She is a liar. If you walk in they will charge you a minimum of $145 for their "diagnostic". Every thing is done by text message so they don't explain anything to you. I asked before I had my car towed there if it was going cost anything for them to look at it and if they could give an estimate. They don't tell you just to look at it will be $145. They wait till the car is there and then text you. You are paying for professionals. There are plenty of professional places in town that don't charge to look at a car. Stay away from this place.
