I brought my 2006 Sprinter in for service. Several dealers would not take me as a customer since it is 18 years old. Joe, the owner, is super nice. Work was done on time and at a fair price. I will be coming back for my next service since I was so happy with them.

I had a fantastic experience at Haus of Mercedes! They took care of my oil change immediately and went above and beyond by doing a thorough diagnostic on my entire S550. The service was prompt, and the pricing was very reasonable. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service made me feel confident that my car was in great hands. The manager told me to do the job myself or else he would charge me $500. A Thursday morning, cars up on the lift but no workers or customers it's a ghost town when you walk in. I can get my part installed for $80 in East LA. Alot of the positive reviews are fake. This place is like a haunted house of migrant trash.
