They kept me informed throughout the entire process and consistently went above and beyond. Even with my car being repaired around the Christmas holiday, there was no delay in the service. Paul Hatton is top-notch. He has worked on my car a couple of times, and I have witnessed how he operates his business in line with his life values. His honesty and work ethic is apparent, and that is my number one priority when choosing any company. He will always have my business and my family's business based on that, as well as his workmanship. Trying to just do the "right thing" by customers seems to be so lost on many businesses today. Not on Paul. Give this company a try if you ever need these services.

Can't recommend Hatton Automotive enough. The repair work I needed was extremely difficult, and somewhow they made it look as good as new. Paul was great with the updates and communication too. Very happy with the service. Definitely my go-to mechanic from now on.

***Update*** Initially I was unhappy with my experience at Hatton's, but I will say that Paul and I were able to work together to gain an understanding of the gaps in communication and how to close them. Paul researched to find a better alternative for the repairs needed and has since fixed the issues with my vehicle and it looks great! Thanks Paul, and the Hattons team for getting this resolved. I previously left a review, but it appears it has been deleted. So here is this one with an update. I took my car to Paul at Hatton Automotive a couple years ago after a accident. After looking at all the good reviews (because they are all good, bad ones get deleted) I decided to entrust them with my car. Throughout the process the communication was good. We went through the list of components needed and Paul was prompt in getting them ordered and delivered to the shop. With this being a insurance job, we came in under the quote and their was money remaining. I had to call multiple times before I could gain access to the check for the balance. Now, the best part...After 6 months or so, the paint started to flake and peel. I reached out to Paul and was then asked "did I go over our policy about After Market parts?". No Paul. You didn't. And still haven't presented said policy. He went on to say that he would get it fixed for me, while also stating that he doesn't know much about painting cars. EXCUSE ME???? But after taking my car to this shop twice I'm inclined to agree. For the second time my front bumper and left fender is peeling. I was told the bumper came primed, it didn't, and because he thought it did it wasn't properly prepped for paint which would partly explain the attached photos. Now I'm stuck with a out of pocket expense versus my car being repaired the first time. Or two. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT. -Mike Knox
