I had the best experience with this business! I had to get my car towed and they were the cheapest and so friendly! I even got to meet their precious dog who helped me feel calm in a stressful situation. I will be using them for all of my car needs from now on.

They've had my car almost a year now and haven't done any work and won't answer my calls. Not good customer service at all, when I go by there they always tell me I just took the car off the rack. Why would you have it on the rack and not work on it. About to call las enforcement just to get my car back. Bad service

I had a flat tire on the side of 385. I contacted roadside assistance through my insurance company and unfortunately, it was such a horrible experience. After several dropped calls, no return calls, waiting on hold and then a tow company not even showing, you can imagine my frustration at that point. At this point it had been 3.5hrs on the side of interstate as a woman and only having my 17 year old daughter with me and it getting dark......I was worried. I thankfully was able to get someone to come pick us up but really didn't want to leave my wrangler on side of interstate. FINALLY, it was assigned to Harveys Garage & Towing. They assured me I could go ahead and go and they would make me a priority. Not only were they sympathetic to the situation, showed up and in a timely manner but Mark went above and beyond and called me after he dropped off at tire shop, assured me he locked it all up and put key and paperwork in lock box for tire shop. He again was so kind and sympathetic to my situation. It was a bad situation over all but so thankful to Mark and Harveys for turning it around and being so awesome!! Thank y'all!
