A1 service waived my $500 deductible put me in a rental until my truck finished, beautiful job done , Chad and his friendly staff deserve an A+

They definitely try to add on the extra charges and make minor fixes sound like major problems. All we needed done was inner wheel fenders/panels, which go for $17 a piece. They tried telling us that it was better if we let them order the parts and the pamphlet in their shop was the same company that we were going to get the panels from. They also said that they would need to modify the panels, shave them down and weld them, but the panels are made of plastic, so how can you weld plastic? That's when they tried saying that they wouldn't suggest the standard panels and we should go with a different material that is like a metal plastic (forgot the exact name of the material that he called it). They printed us out an estimate of everything and were going to charge $100 a piece just to remove each panel. When the estimate racked up to be $551, we knew something wasn't right and wanted a second opinion. So luckily we came across one stop Collision and they said there was nothing wrong with your placing the old panels with new plastic ones. So they basically tried to make us think we needed more work done than what we did. We had stopped here before, a few years ago with an older vehicle we had, and the estimate they gave us then was also High but since they were close by, we took our chances and out of curiosity wanted to see what their opinion was. So glad that we got a second opinion and found a way better deal and better shop. If you have hundreds of dollars to spend and want more work done than what's needed, then go here... but if you are looking for exactly what needs to be done and is more cost-effective, do not go here!

I just bought a van about a week ago from them. the owner told me he was a dealer for cars and told me that the van I was going to get was great and drove great and nothing wrong with it. we knew it needed fixing which they did pretty good with on the side being hit. but I trusted this guy being that I needed a safe vehicle for my 5 children plus a new baby on the way as why I needed the 8th seat. first off he never spoke to me face to face. I feel I was screwed with a false advertisement of this van that I needed for my children. now I'm out of a vehicle because the van is not safe to drive due to the tires being so bad down to the metal belt in back and front. plus shicks are bad and they messed something up that cause the front tires to also be bad. I gave them a van to trade and now I regret it. my van needed some fixing bit my van was safe for my children. being that I put my money into this vehicle now I'm trying to figure out how to get it fixed. I'm so upset with how this all ended. I drove over a hour and a half away to trust these people and get a van from them. now I cant drive the van til it's fixed and my children and I have appt and being that I'm high risk with pregnancy I cant drive to where I got to go if an a emergency. they put this van up and I have picture and text messages from the buyer and it was falsely advertised and so i was lied to. but we were told buy as is but being reassured the vehicle was great. have it a week and now cant drive. I feel like calling and chewing them out. I wish there were honest people in this world but to me I feel they didnt care for the safety of my children. lucky no one got hurt because if how bad it is. my mechanic and my dad which is another mechanic said not safe to drive. they just wanted money and left me with a unsafe vehicle that I trusted there word with and now I see they could care less if my family was to get hurt :( so emotional about all this thanks for lying to us :(
