To be talked to is very poor with cussing at the customer. Doing work without approval. very poor experience. I do not recommend this service center. Jameson was a very good service tech. His replacement is not, his name not worth a mention. Today is 6-26-2024 and i have not had any follow up on the poor service and treatment at this service station. I Guess they do not care for the customer I still have not been contacted. 8/1/2024 Not contacted about the way I was treated.

A great place to get your car serviced. They have a decent mini mart, they sell motor oil, soda, candy, cigarettes, they have gambling games and they have a bathroom. Ed is a great mechanic but give him some time because he's the only mechanic working there.

Taking my car to Jameson at Harleysville Service Center has been a breath of fresh air. I have dealt with so many car issues the past couple years, and have had sooooo many headaches and spent so much more money than was necessary. Finding Jameson at Harleysville Service Center has literally been a dream come true. Jameson is so good at what he does- as well as quick, efficient and cost effective. He is honest and doesn’t try to push work that isn’t necessary. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on!
