Dropped my car off this morning to repair a very slow leak in one tire, and it was quickly diagnosed and repaired for $42. That seems extremely reasonable to me. Plus, had a great rapport with Richard behind the desk. A friendly and funny guy. Have also had my emissions checked on another occasion. No issues there either. Would recommend.

do not take you car to them the are terrible and ripoff the charge me for new spark an coils and the never replace them they broke the clips on the coils and the tied it with a ziprapp

Too Long;Didn't Read They left my car unsecured with valuable equipment inside, blamed me instead of taking responsibility, and even implied I was trying to scam them. Zero accountability and respect for customers’ property. If you want peace of mind, avoid this place. ------------------ I went to this location for an emissions inspection and left my car with the windows rolled up, doors locked, and handed my key to the inspector. The inspection was supposed to take around 40 minutes, so I decided to take a walk by the beach. When I returned, I found my car with the windows down and doors unlocked, leaving about $10,000 worth of equipment exposed. I approached them to express my concern and suggest they take better care of customers’ property. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they shifted the blame onto me and, to make matters worse, implied I was trying to swindle them. I will not be returning and plan to share my experience with everyone I know—photographers, videographers, software engineers, and anyone else who values the security of their property.

People there are nice but the inconsistency of wait times is ridiculous. I’ve been in to get an emissions test and was told “the emissions person left” despite it being within the hours they perform them. And just recently got one where the person doing it had to step out for 30 minutes causing further delay. Also have had an oil change where they did not inform that the service was finished so just waited for longer for no reason. Would not recommend.

Fritz "Word is GOLD!" have been going to Hank Mays for numerous years since the 90's. Recently went this past February for a lot of work on my Trusty Honda again to Hank Mays. I spotted something that I was concerned about from the previous work done and spoke with Fritz. After speaking with him he said he would take care of it. He ordered a new part and lived up to every word he spoke to me. He thanked me for my business. Frits is a man of Integrity. He cares about his loyal car owners! This means a lot to me, someone who stands by his word. I would recommend Fritz to anyone of my Friends or Family.
