Just Awful. Went in to get part of my engine repaired. Was told this would take 3-5 days. Ended up taking two weeks because they ordered the wrong part. They couldn’t get me a rental so I paid for a rental myself on top of paying a $2500 bill. They refused to cover the rental I had gotten even though it is their fault I had a rental for 8 extra days. They charged me $179/hr for labor, which is ridiculous. For a business that’s so well known it’s awful service. Don’t waste your time.

Graff Chevrolet … Davison MI 3/31/2025 … LOF Great experience. Check-In tech was very gracious. Helped me with my coupon and points. I arrived early for my appt and she was able to work me in, which I appreciate. Entire Oil-Change Team was very helpful and efficient!

After my truck was sitting for a while, I called graff service. I asked if they could correct the air pressure in my tires. We were in a rush. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Olivia was great. She asked what pressure I wanted and filled my washer solvent. Kudos and 5 stars. Also. Go see Justin. He is a good dude. He will take care of you!

I had a good experience at the service side of the dealership. Any service or repair ask for service advisor Buzz Ferguson and tell him the issue. He was more than accommodating and very professional. The other service staff were very polite. I had a part failure that needed immediate attention and Buzz took care of it. The service shuttle even gave me a ride. The service shuttle driver was very prompt and courteous. Anyone who has a silverado with an oil cooler, routinely check your lines for leaks. These are prone to fail, some at low mileage. General motors if fully aware of these issues but you have to be diligent and advocate for yourself.
