Hangtown Body Shop & Auto Glass

I got referred here from another local auto mechanic that doesn't do auto body work who said Hangtown Body Shop does good work at a reasonable price and that's why he uses Hangtown Body Shop for auto body work. This proved to be true. The customer service was good. They were very commutative and worked with my budget really well and were understanding of me paying out-of-pocket. The quality of work was very nice and met my expectations. No issues at all. Everything turned out very nicely and am happy with the work on my car. The office staff, mechanic, and painter were all extremely nice and friendly. They did the work like my dad would've done the work. They were also very fast. They did an estimate the same day I called and let me drive my car until I was sure what I wanted to be done. I dropped my car off later and the time frame they estimated was reasonable, but they got the job done sooner. Their estimate was also accurate. What I expected to pay was what I ended up paying. Strongly recommend! I will go back to this shop if I ever need auto body work again.

From start to finish, they make the entire process seamless—even when dealing with insurance, which is usually a headache. They take care of everything, and their communication and customer service are top-notch. Each time, they’ve made my car look brand new again—flawless work that really shows their attention to detail. More than just a business, they treat you like family, and that kind of care is rare to find these days. I absolutely couldn’t recommend them more. Did a perfect job fixing a crunched door on my car and painting it in my requested replacement color! Communicated everything being done in detail and made sure to inform me of any intricacies dealing with insurance. 10/10 service and they even had my vehicle done perfectly in the estimated amount of time. Also had my windshield replaced here a few months ago and it has been perfect as well for a great price!

The hangtown auto body crew was amazing! Got a new windshield put in our ford explorer way under competitors pricing. Was in and out within an hour. Job was well done and clean. Staff was very nice and the owners are top notch people!! Highly recommend them for your service needs.

The torrential rains on February 13 overflowed our creek and I had to back up on a one way road. I missed the curve in the road and plowed into an iron fencepost, destroying my back bumper! Hangtown body shop evaluated the damage, gave me a professional (and reasonable) estimate and within a few days, they had replaced the bumper. It looks as though nothing happened!!! I am so impressed! They also buffed out some additional scratches with no extra charge!!! The quality of their work is outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone!!! THANKS and GOD BLESS YOU!!!
