Hands-On RV Repair

We had a breakdown at the SC welcome center. They spent much of the day finding the parts we needed and got us back on the road. Not sure what we would have done without them. We arrived at our destination in Florida safely. Thanks so much!

Hands on RV and David came to my house to repair my Entegra Coach. I had an issue with my slide motor. They went the extra mile to get the job done quickly and professionally. Will use David and his team again. Just first class service!!!

The owner is a liar and a cheat. We went to Hands-On RV to have the roof of our coach resealed. It took the guy over 10 months to actually get the job done and afterwards, the roof was full of cracks, gaps, and clumps. Does this look like a freshly resealed roof to you? David Latham, the owner, charged a $1,600 for the resealing of the roof. Because the roof had a leak in it already and left it outside in the elements for almost a year, there is significantly more water damage done to the inside. When we asked him to fix the damage that occurred in his care, he refused. Then he shut the conversation down by running away, hiding inside his garage, and shutting the door of his business to us. He then held the latch shut as I was trying to open the door to his repair shop and refused to talk to me. Of course, when I threatened to call the cops because he was at that point illegally holding our vehicle, he ran into the office inside and pouted as we tried to negotiate some kind of resolution. He blamed US for the damage because we didn't bring it in sooner, told us We should've covered it with a tarp while it was in HIS care, even though he knew it had a leak already. He took NO personal responsibility and refused to compensate us for the damage he caused. This is how Hands-On RV does business. *EDIT: since posting this review, David has spent the day justifying his behavior on social media by calling us names.*

We recently had our Fifth wheel involved in an accident. During the claim process with our insurance company, David and Stephanie with HandsOn RV handled everything. They picked up our damaged RV from our home and worked with our insurance carrier throughout the process. Have patience with them, as they are very busy, which is understandable, especially since we couldn’t get hardly anyone else in our area to even call us back. We got lucky to find them. they communicated very well with us during the process, and walked us through everything we needed to do. We will definitely promote Hands on RV! Friendly, knowledgeable and just really good people!

The owner David told me the repair to my camper would only take a week to do. 3 weeks later my camper hadn't been touched. Still sitting in the same place I parked it when I dropped it off! When I would call he would make excuses or tell me he would get me a quote tomorrow! He lies and shouldn't be trusted!
