My Subaru Crosstrek’s catalytic converter was replaced about 6 mos ago and it went bad. I was concerned I’d have a hard time getting the replacement covered without a debate. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Jake was very easy to talk to and said they’d replace it at no cost to me as soon as I told him what was going on. I got it in the next day and they replaced it and I was back on the road that afternoon. This level of service, professionalism and friendliness is a throwback to a better time. There are other shops closer to my home, but it is well worth the extra few minutes to take my car somewhere I know will take care of me and not abuse my trust in them. I could not be happier. Thank you!

Came in for engine rattling as a walk-in, Jake helped me diagnose the problem on the spot and quickly found the issue. Highly recommend this shop, waiting room is nice and comfortable. The staff staff are very polite and professional. Top notch from a out of town traveler.

My family and I drove in to AZ from Los Angeles on Wednesday night (4/9). Upon arrival, We heard a weird noise but couldn’t see anything. We were recommended by our family that lives in Gilbert to call Half Price in Tempe and see if they can take the car in. Spoke to Charlie on Thursday 4/10 and he said he’ll take a look. He called me later that afternoon with some good and bad news. Bad news was that our caliper had a missing bolt and was barely hanging on by its 2nd bolt. It ate away our wheel balance in that tire and thus threw our tires out of balance as well. Good news was that he said his team can have it done for me before we needed to return home this following Monday. Well, he actually had it done that same day! We were able to pick it up the next morning without a hitch and he got it done at a very reasonable price!! Charlie and his team made a very stressful and unfortunate event a lot easier for us by getting it done so quickly and keeping it honest and at a fair price. I couldn’t be more grateful for being recommended to him and I’d recommend this team to anyone! Thanks guys for taking care of us. God bless!

Loved it! Fixed electrical, battery, oil change issues for my car - explained me the issues, on going maintenance steps and next service schedule. Price is really less than half price European cars (in my experience ) - you get double the quality for less than half the price. Charles was very helpful in understanding and recommending the needed services to fix my car issues.
