The worst customer service ever. Conflicting policies that are different depending on who you ask (yes you need an appointment/no we don't do appointments). No one ever calls you back like they say they do. We purchased two Kias from Haddad and have had nothing but the worst experiences with the service department. My moms car sat for months uncovered in the elements while they waited on a part and the paint job was completely ruined (not their fault though and no fix). Oil changes take 2+ hours. I was just told a diagnostic would take 3-5 days!

I'm greatly unsatisfied with the lack of communication between workers and customers. My kia has a safety issue and needs to be look at, was told by one person named louis that I could drop my car off it would 2 days for a diagnostic. Nobody ever made the appt and they couldn't find me. Made a 2nd appointment and took my car to service dept, Women tells me at the counter it could take up to 4 days for a diagnostic. 4 days later no call at all, I contact them and she tells me it would probably be ready by Monday, a entire 6 days of using lyft to get around bakersfield while my car is JUST being looked at. That doesn't include the time it's going to take to fix the car. When she told me I asked to pick up my car and take it back Monday, all she said was if you want to get your car ill have your keys ready and never told me when to come back, what time to come back or simply even to return at all. Ridiculous don't waste your money at kia the warranty they have isn't worth it.

Service department is trash! Paid for upgraded service package at time of purchase only to try and schedule an appointment for service you get told it’s 3 weeks out for any appointment and the. You get placed on hold to be hung up on. Definitely will never do business with KIA again
