H & V Auto Collision

I brought my Lexus to H&V after a rear-end collision, and Junior took exceptional care of everything. He handled the insurance agents quickly and was transparent about where he sourced the parts. He also made sure I was comfortable in my rental vehicle throughout the process. Ultimately, he brought my car back to life after the accident. Junior went above and beyond to ensure everything was to my satisfaction, even checking in after I picked up my car to make sure I was completely happy. Hopefully, I won't have another incident, but if I do, I know exactly where to go

Junior is not very transparent when it comes to providing customers with their receipts after the job has been completed. It’s like he’s trying to hide something. Initially he agreed to Buff the Whole car just to get the Job, giving me all types of reasons to choose his shop. When I picked up my car from his shop, it was the Total opposite, everything he said he was going to do hasn’t been done. I had to bring my car back to at least get the job closer to my liking. This guy has no Business Ethics, cursing me for complaining about missing Cap from my Front Bumper. I do not recommend this Shop.

Let me make myself clear when I say this is one of the best interactions I've had with ANY business in many years. The conversations with the owners and staff were very pleasant. Everything I asked for and needed was taken care of. The communication was high every step of the way with frequent updates. My car was ready faster than expected. I also need to put extra emphasis on the fact that this was absolute QUALITY work. As long as this high caliber shop is around this will be the ONLY place I go to before I dare look elsewhere. That's how happy I am with the level of customer service, Quality of work and attention to detail I received. I will recommend this shop every single time to family and friends.
