H+H Jeep Dodge Ram Service Department

My girlfriend bought a car from there the sales side of things was amazing. The service side is horrible I work and help manage a dealership shop and this one is horrible. They have all lube techs that don’t fix anything. My girlfriend took her car in for a recall and they say she needs an oil change and tire rotation which is fine. She brings it in and everything is smooth sailing until they read of there prodemand app to base off what a car should possibly have at per miles for maintenance. Which is bull all of it is dumb they don’t look at anything they read an apps suggestion and try to get your money. She then leaves getting her oil changed her car then has a Evap hose busted from her canister front struts and mounts needs replaced which is NOT COVERED in her warranty and they try to charge her 180$ for alignment and 1200 for strut and mount replacement. Her engine then starts to rattle severely at a cold start she has had it for 7 months a 19 corolla with 50k miles the service side at this dealership is horrible! The technicians are horrible and management side of service does nothing! On top of this the extended warranty promises loaner vehicles she has never gotten one for the 4 times she has been in!

Came here because i thought i needed my transfer case module reprogrammed but they were honest and told me it was already programmed and didn't charge me for it. They could have easily just pretended to program it and then charge me $200 but they didnt. Very impressed with the integrity of the employees here

Had my vehicle in for a routine oil change, made an appointment, using their online service, and it was seamless and efficient. While my jeep was there, Paul in service and the mechanic noticed I had a small oil leak upon investigating. They actually found another problem. They succeeded in getting my repairs covered under warranty and got the parts there Very quickly I had my jeep and had Repairs that could've gone unnoticed if I would've taken it to a non-jeep certified dealer. Paul did a great job and the crew and the process was phenomenal! I'll definitely be doing all my service work there the rest of my life!

Bought my car used when this place was Baxter. Went in for a free oil change and the tech obviously did not properly install my oil filter. All the oil had ran out by the next afternoon. Apologies after apologies. Promises to fix their error and as a courtesy some other issues that were causing a check engine light. They had my car for 5 days and ensured me it was fine. Check engine light is back on. I sat in their waiting room after getting the run around for over 4 hours TWICE. This has been a horrible experience.

This place is an amazing place. I work with Ed Reiss when I go to get my jeep taken care of and I used to go to what was known as Baxter on Dodge. Never again! H&H not only has the new high tech stuff but they also found the things wrong that I was complaining about awhile about and are fixing it. Ed, keeps in touch! H&H prides themselves on your car and making sure it’s fixed and you are happy! So I high recommend.
