I went there and the owner white guy was so rude. I went to him he told me he doesn't have time this week but sometime next week come then he said I'll give u a list of things when I put the car in the diagnostic then if u don't want it or if it's too expensive then u can go but u will owe me 125 cause I don't wk for free. I told him I don't like the way u speak to me so have a gd day. I didn't ask for free and is it because I'm black and a woman u talk to me so condescending. I'm will never recommend them.

Vinny is one of the best Mercedes Technicians in NYC. I only trust him to fix my ML350. He is honest and blunt and will give you his honest opinion. He has saved me thousands of dollars by not taking my SUV to the dealership!

Honest, fair and on point. I have been to several places who just take your hard earned money and the problem is never solved. This shop has hands of gold.. problem fixed. Highly recommend to everyone!!!!

Went here to get power steering pump fixed. I opted for a used one, however, less then a year later, I’m still dealing with power steering issues. When speaking to the owner, he states it was “last year” meaning the winter of 2021- 6 months ago. He goes on to say how it could be a different problem with the power steering, meaning, perhaps it was a waste of time paying for a pump change. He stated how it was leaking like crazy and now it leaks just a little. I didn’t go there thinking a problem would be a little bit fixed. He goes on to say that this is why he doesn’t work on used cars…so what cars need a mechanic if not used? Definitely not new cars. He states that he works on range rovers, etc, completing distracting me from the reason I was there, which was over my problem with my car. I could careless whose car or what car he works on, I care about mine and only mine. He was yelling at me, wouldn’t accept my questioning and got extremely defensive. Not good professional ethics. I will not be back. Paid for my brakes to be done and six months later my brakes need to be done again.
