I bought 2022 WRX CVT which is mistake and I called the service asking them to drain and fill the cvt transmission at 22K miles and they are refusing because it has to be done at 90K. By 90K my warranty will be over and the CVT transmission will be toasted and the fluid will be toasted, so their idea is for your warranty to run out by that time you CVT fluid is toast and once your warranty runs out at 60K and your transmission will blow up due to not replacing the fluid every 30K, then you will have to pay $10k for new CVT transmission or buy a new car. Do not ever buy any car with CVT transmission unless it's a Toyota. Only good thing about Subaru is the AWD system and the observation.

This service center is very unprofessional and rude. Made an appointment to have something that was on recall changed on my Subaru when I showed up they were rude and yelling I don’t have an appointment even though I show them. Loudly telling me I need to call before I come and need to make an appointment. And just keeps disregarding my appointment I’m showing to them. They need to be trained how to deal with customers, if you are providing a service act like it. The lady who is there she needs training on how to speak. Do better Gregoris Subaru.

This is amazing service center. All the way from buying the vehicle from Mr. Levi at the sales office and years of service. Pete, Maria and even the gentleman owner, are so understanding and patient and go out of their way to accommodate late appointments/arrivals. Please keep up the honest, good, old fashioned service and the true, amazing customer service. Jesus loves you and your souls are priceless!!!
