This guy stood me up. I guess someone told him to ignore me and he complied with them. As someone who needs their vehicle repaired, you can understand how incredibly insulting it is for this kind of behavior from a mobile mechanic. I do not schedule multiple for the same day and wait to see who shows up. We usually call ONE and schedule them. When they do not arrive, and refuse to respond, it proves their incompetence and wastes your time. It’s as if someone gave him the idea to ignore me. He did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to call ahead and cancel, or respond to my questions of whether he will arrive. No excuse or explanation can justify this level of negligence. I’m sure the rest of the reviews on here are for tax purposes

What a great experience at a rough time! I discovered I had a bad alternator just before I have a million errands to run, so I bought one at Autozone and Vigan was at my house within an hour! And he fixed the nail in my neighbor’s tire at the same time. We are so lucky to have found this service, and reasonably priced!
