Great Lakes Honda Service center was a very good experience. Was able to call and make appt, drop off was seamless, Justin was great to work with and able to look up all my prior service history as well as listened to my requests then make appropriate recommendations to get my car safe & road-ready for an upcoming roadtrip. I had front brakes replaced, air filter, tires’ air pressure checked, and oil changed. Car was done same day and communication was great throughout. Will definitely be back!

I brought my vehicle in for some post-purchase services, including the replacement of the moonroof, which had a huge crack in the glass. I was pleased that they provided a loaner vehicle for me to use while mine was being serviced. Unfortunately, my experience quickly deteriorated. The following morning, I was contacted and informed that my vehicle was ready for pick-up. However, I couldn't make it until after 5 PM and didn't have the chance to speak with a service agent when I arrived. After picking up my keys, I looked in my rearview mirror and saw that the entire back portion of my vehicle was still disassembled. There were some service staff still around, who helped resolve the issue, but it was frustrating to have to wait for something that should have been completed. My biggest frustration, though, was the complete lack of empathy and communication from the service director. Attached to every invoice was a poorly photocopied paper requesting feedback. I emailed TJ Cinalli with my feedback but received no response. It was only after I replied with his director copied on the email that I received a single-sentence reply. I simply asked for acknowledgment of my concerns to help prevent this from happening to other customers. After a month of no response, I CC’d his director again, and to my surprise, I finally received a reply. TLDR: don't expect your feedback to be taken seriously. There seems to be a lack of organization and support, and your concerns will likely go unheard.

I truly have to say this is the best dealership I have been too. I purchased a vehicle that ended up failing 3 days into owning. Laura the sales rep and the entire mechanic department worked close with me to fix my car. They treated me with the utmost care and really put time and effort into helping me get my car fixed. A silly little problem, but they were very quick to act to get it fixed. I am very grateful for everything they have done for me and especially Laura. If you are looking for a car, she is most definitely your girl. She will take care of you, listen to what you need and get you exactly into the vehicle of your dreams. She really did pick the best car for me and I am very in love with it!

I’ve never had any issues at all with my Honda vehicles but I do take them in for regular service type things. They are very friendly and efficient. The few times I’ve been there a guy named Justin Miller took care of me and he was fantastic. Explains thing very well and makes sure you are comfortable with what’s being done. I also bought another Honda CRV and Beth Locke was great. No pressure and explained everything thoroughly. I’m a Honda owner for life based on my recent experiences and Great Lakes is the best dealership and service center I’ve ever been too. Thanks Great Lakes!
