Absolutely wonderful service in an emergency situation. We had a delivery to Ohio and our flatbed had a tire blow out. Not knowing the area I got a hold of Great Lakes Best One Tire & Service due to their location and good reviews and they did not disappoint. Very professional and polite on the phone, very quick and efficient in the field, and they got my guys back on the road in a hurry. We will be keeping their number for our company's future needs in the Cleveland area.

We use them for all of our commercial tire needs. Our fleet of 32 vehicles with everything from cars through class 6 trucks get tires bought from Nick and the crew here. When we have them change them they are fast and thorough with the service. Prices are great and the selection is awesome. If they don't have the tire I need in stock they can usually get it within 24 hours.

My husband purchased tires from this place. He was offered a credit card that was supposed "no payment, no interested" for six months. Between misunderstanding from my husband and Rowe, the lady who sold the card to him, he ended up with two 30 credit card marks against him. This was a brand new account which it was very obvious that he or she was unaware of the guidelines of the card. We asked them to submit a letter for us to just dispute this matter so it will be removed from his credit and they refused. He had great credit, which showed when he was approved for their card, but yet would rather swallow their pride and not admit to any guilt of selling a card to a customer that SHE had no clue of the guidelines! Poor customer service to me!

They were available to fix my car's flat tire. It was pretty quick, but I just dropped it off and came back. I wasn't too impressed with the fact that I had to hunt people down at the shop to figure out what was going on, but besides that, they were cool. They are more for 18 wheelers, so unfortunately I can't use them for other stuff.
