Great people who will work you the best they can. I needed help passing emissions but didn’t qualify for the state program, they helped me out and it was affordable and effective. The head mechanic has an awesome, genuine, sweet personality and makes the inside look beautiful.

It all started in May. I went for a quote on my 2002 LS 430. I got a call regarding what needed to be done, which was the Valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket, and a Steering rack and pinion. A couple days later I got a call saying my car was ready and when I came to pick it up noticed a lot of warning lights popped up on the dash, luckily they were able to fix those within a couple hours and then they apologized for the inconvenience, so I came back to pick it up. Sadly thats not where the problems end as this is just the beginning. I had then noticed my power steering fluid was empty, so I bought some out of pocket and just topped it up and it was all good, but you would think that the shop would check it after doing the rack and pinion. I also had the radiator cap replaced too and I noticed the old cap inside the engine bay, not too big of an issue, but just weird they just left it there. Now here's the big issue. I had checked under my car with a camera and noticed that the oil was leaking all over the pan, so I called and Chris had told me to try steam cleaning it or cleaning it off and seeing if it would go away. A little weird he wanted me as a customer to do that especially for a Sedan, as it's not easy to get under the car. But I tried my best and couple days later I noticed it came back. So I took it to the shop and he had taken it for a warranty repair and said that "there was a metal plate above that was leaking and loose" so he tightened it up and gave it back. A couple days later I noticed that the oil pan was still leaking and took videos and pictures of it to prove that it is coming from the oil pan. I went back into the shop and at first he said to come back a week later, so I did and then I was told that they have a lot of cars and they can't take me again and told me to come back later. So I booked an appointment and then they took the car weeks later. It's annoying that I have to wait so long for a on going repair that should've been fixed the fixed months ago. But again, people make mistakes and I'm understanding about it, I just wish I was a priority since again this was supposed to be fixed months ago. So they finally take the car again and admit that "the sealant for the oil pan had failed and it's unusual for something like that to happen." So they proceed with the oil pan sealant repair for the SECOND time and when I get the car back a couple days later I notice the drain plug was now leaking, so I go back and they tell me to come back the next day. I do as told and they change the bolt gasket that morning. Now at this point I'm very hopeful that they did do the job right and go on a 4 hour drive a couple week later. And then guess what I noticed after the drive? A burning oil smell. I take a camera and noticed its the oil pan leaking oil and its dripping onto my exhaust and burning off there. So instead of going back to these guys, I decide to take it to another mechanic in tempe and had him raise the car right in front of me and he confirms that its the sealant that has failed again and needs to be replaced. Recently, another thing that I have not mentioned to Greaces is the grinding noise that I get when I turn all the way to the left. I noticed it only on the left side, and I after a bit a research I think its because the rack and pinion's teeth hasn't been aligned properly, as the steering wheel turns approx 1.8 rotations to the left and 1.6 rotations to the right. I'll mention one good thing during this terrible experience and that's Kai, he has been really helpful this whole time, and had been able help me each time with a welcoming attitude. I have held off making this review and given these guys so many chances and yet each time there a problem after each repair. At this point I'm tired of this. This had costed me approx $1800 for all the repairs combined not to mention the amount of time I was without the car and taxi's that I had to order and now I'm being told that it has still not been done properly. I have attached videos and images of the leaks coming from the oil pan.
