So much I could say about these guys, but will try to keep it short & sweet! This location is awesome! Not only are they open 7 days a week, they are QUICK and EFFICIENT! They LISTEN, they recommend, they CARE & they are very polite every single time I come. When there was an ongoing issue with trying to pinpoint a problem with my brakes, they were ready to help each and every time until the issue was solved & never made me feel as if I were a bother. What a great team of young individuals with the same goals! I’ll recommend Pendleton’s Grease Monkey to everyone in this area! Thank you to the entire crew!

I went today Sunday, September 8th around 1pm. From the time I pulled up, until the end of my visit, the employees were nice, friendly and attentive. I highly recommend their services and I will be going back. Their prices are typical price range, so I can’t complain.

First time customer here today, Matthew was friendly, informative, and very easy to work with. Talked me through every step of the process and what was important to get done, but didn’t push up-charges. The service was very quick and they did a free break inspection. Coupons online were easy to use and they set me up with a reward card to get a free oil change. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!!

Grease Monkey Pendleton is a great spot to get your car maintained! I always receive fantastic service. Today I had a particularly great service experience; Ethan and David were very nice to me and explained everything very thoroughly to me. I have had an oil change before with no problem. Grease Monkey is nice and respectful. But I’d say they don’t pay attention to detail, or even a siren blaring. I took my Audi S5 there for an oil change, got the oil done and was told my rear calipers were cracked and needed replaced. I took it back and they alerted me of an oil leak after fixing the brakes, which took longer than they estimated, I had to leave my car overnight, it also wasn’t even ready when I came back the next morning even hours after they opened. That’s besides the point; when I take it back, I am quoted for an oil pump where my “oil leak” is coming from. I take it to a more reputable shop, turns out they completely rounded out my drain plug, never screwed it in completely, and caused 4-5 quarts of oil to leak over a few weeks. Got this fixed with no problem. But I would beware having them change your oil. If you aren’t diligent to check the oil level, the leak they cause can grenade your engine. Take your car to people who pay attention to detail and won’t try to sell you a >$1000 job for a $30 part they destroyed while being ignorant.
