On our way to Grand Canyon Tesla’s navigation led us North on forest service road 144. The road is unpaved and we got our rear tire blown. Called Grand Canyon Towing and within 25 minutes flat bed truck was there to rescue us and get us to Williams to get new tires at Sandival’s.

Randle came to my rescue after I got caught in a rainstorm and my van ended up in a muddy ditch. He was a consumate professional and had me back on a safe road in no time. I had previously contacted my roadside assistance and after 4 hours, they said no company that they were contracted with, would come out to my location. I called Grand Canyon Towing and they immediately dispatched someone. They also didn't make me feel silly or foolish for what happened...just another adventure for the books! I walked away from what could have been a disaster situation with a smile on my face and a renewed faith in humanity.

Was stuck in the mud and snow on a forest service road and Randall came out and winched me out like a champion. He also didn’t stop the service until I was back on pavement, a service that the other towing company was reluctant to provide. Awesome customer service and super helpful in helping me correct my idiotic blunder (Waze was not my friend). Cannot recommend this company enough.

we got stranded at the Grand Canyon in Jan. 2023 during a snowstorm. this company helped us immensely by towing us out to the highway so we could return our rental car safely and make it back to Las Vegas for the remainder of our trip. They were kind, fair, professional and punctual. a HUGE help. Wish we could give more than 5 stars. Thank you SO MUCH! highly recommended.
