I had a very good experience with Gotham City Collision East in December 2024. Damage to the front driver’s side and to my driver’s side door. If you saw my car now, you would never know what happened. Ernesto and Lori were great. Professional and pleasant. My car was even detailed when I picked it up until it rained. Great work! Very professional and nice people. Explained exactly what needed to be done. Finished the car before the date they originally told me it was going to be done. They did so good on the repair it looks brand new you can't even notice anything was repaired looks great. Car was spotless clean when I picked it up. Gotham City Collision made my car feel like it wasn’t even mine. It feels weird getting my car back NEWER than when I first got it at 5000 miles. It’s now 40k miles and I still can’t believe it’s my car again. The paint was flawless and could not spot scratches or swirl marks that were there before. Before coming here, my door wouldn’t close, my paint was dull, and front bumper was DONE. Frank hooked it up and had a wheel alignment done (which I never had before). The car already feels smoother to drive, more responsive, and it’s still unreal that this is the car I’ve had for 6 years. They even cleaned my engine bay. I was looking up videos on how to do it so I came in with more than 1 problem solved: Collision Damage. I came out with an overlooked detail that I was planning on doing. Here’s the review I owe you Frank. Definitely coming back to you guys.

Frank, the owner, is thorough, personable, and gave us his full attention, making us feel valued, not just another number. He explained every repair step, shared tips for a new Tesla owner, and had a genuine vibe with fair pricing that felt right. His team delivered top-notch repairs, kept us updated, and even washed and vacuumed the car inside and out-a rare touch that impressed us. The car looks fantastic, with before-and-after photos to prove it. This shop is a true diamond in the rough, and we'd return in a heartbeat. This had to be one of the best auto body experiences Ive ever had!! They were amazing, I was in and out when dropping off my vehicle, the staff there is wonderful!! My car was ready the day they said it would be, huge thank you to Frankie and the team! I couldn’t be more happy!!

Gotham really went the extra mile for my car. No only did they fix the damage that I came in with, they fixed things that weren’t even their problem. They did the work so fast (under a week) and at such a high standard that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs body work in the New York Tri State Area. Can’t thank you enough for making my car look its best. You really did a killer job.
