Got It Auto LLC

I was on my last try of getting hold of a body shop to fix my totaled vehicle, since I had tried about 5 places and they either wouldn't work on it, wouldn't even look at it, or wouldn't even answer their phones. Drove over here for a last gasp and Mike quoted me a fair price, charged me that price (half up front), and had my car back in three days so I could make it to my road trip. Incredibly timely work on a completely smashed rear end/trunk. UPDATE: After a very positive first experience, I returned to Mike to get a door repaired. He gave me an initial estimate of 4 days or so before it would be done. To date, it's been more than 2 weeks and he has ignored all attempts I've made to get a hold of him. The only time he communicated was when I physically showed up at the shop to see what was going on (this was about 10 days after I left the vehicle). He said he was sorry, things were running behind, and he would have it done by my deadline which was in a week. Unfortunately, he has once again gone radio silent. With one 5-star experience and one zero-star experience, I'm forced to settle on a 2-star review at this stage. I can't recommend this shop after this last ordeal.

Mike did body work, said it would cost $1000 paid more than twice that, did not know how to quote the job & the work he did never finished would never use this shop,had send $2300 more dollars to do the front have not done the back bumper yet that is cracked and panit was not done told me he could do set the airbag never did said he could put seatbelt in didn't do that, Don't use this guy he is not reliable!
