They didn't know how to remove my rim so I had to bring in my own lug nuts removal key. The lug nut in question requires a spline key, so not very unique. You can find it at AutoZone for $8. These are very common on rims and are not custom in any sense of the word. More importantly, they completely scratched my rim. I took accountability for the scratches on the perimeter of the rim as those are from curve scraping. The scratches everywhere else look like obvious mishandling of the rim when placing it on the wheel mounting machine. When I confronted the manager about this, he acknowledged that the scratches looked brand new. Given that this Goodyear didn't even have a common spline key to remove lug nuts, it's not hard to imagine they have difficulty in basic tire mounting. He told me he would call me back by noon tomorrow (27JUL2024) to discuss the next steps. I had to call him back to follow up the next day. Upon doing so, the manager changed the story to avoid having to fix the rim. The manager stated that his "receipt" showed that the rim already had scratches. I asked him to produce the receipt and I have yet to receive anything. I'm trying to give this team the benefit of the doubt, but I'm forced to assume that there was no receipt and there is no information to counter the fact that they scratched my rims during service. Word of advice, take pictures of your car anytime you leave it with anyone and don't take it to the Goodyear on Oregano Ave.

Went in for an oil change and a state inspection. Happy with the oil change, decided to go elsewhere for the inspection after a bit of a sticker shock. Shout out to Jasmine (sorry if spelling is off) for the help in scheduling my appointment, and walking me through the process and all fees. It’s the first year I’ve had a state inspection (moved from out of state) and she gave me clarity on the process every step of the way. Excellent customer service and communication! Definitely recommend working with her for a seamless transaction.

I absolutely enjoy my experience with your manager on 18th and Oregon the young man has gone above and beyond to help me get my car done and the communication skills that he got are they should be adamantly rewarded that's how I feel about it that young man

I called ahead and asked the time for an oil change, I was told 45 minutes. I gave them my car at 2pm, I came back at 4pm because I had not received a call back. When I walked in, they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet, but there were mechanics just sitting around talking with the front desk girl. When I showed I was upset all the sudden everyone cleared out and the mechanics said it would be another hour. I just said give me the car back, don’t waste your time. Pay the extra money and go literally anywhere else.

High praise for this shop. The shop was clean, and everyone was friendly and courteous. The staff there works well as a team. I'd bought 4 new tires tires online from Goodyear (those rebates!), had them shipped, and made an appointment. It all went smoothly. I showed up early, and they still got me started before my appointment time. Everything was explained to me and the estimated time it would take. The work didn't take long, and my truck rides great now. I would definitely recommend.
