I had a great experience. Fast service, very clean and organized store. Most importantly, great customer service. The manager along with his team were very knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns I had. Thanks again! 😃

The oil change got done in a timely manner as well as tire rotation. We are disappointed that the communication is all done digitally. An email sent for recommended repairs and no call when the truck is ready. A courtesy call would be preferred. We did not get the recommended repairs because we did not know about them until after we pickup the vehicle.

On 10/3/24 I went into Goodguys Tires and Auto to get my car looked at. I spoke with Edward Valencia the store manager who seemed to be honest and knowledgeable about my issues. He came back with a quote of $1700 to replace my CV Axle, both Engine Mounts, as well as 4 spark plugs. He said the work would be about a 3.5 hour job and that they would contact me when repairs were done. I approved them to do the work on all the issues discussed. Edward proceeded to call me around 3:08 pm to tell me they would be keeping the car overnight and that he would give me a call again around 5:30 pm. The 5:30 pm call never happened. The next day the assistant manager called me at 3:34 pm to inform me the car was ready for pick up. I showed up to the store and he informed me that they did not work on the CV Axle or the Engine Mounts but only replaced the spark plugs. They proceeded to quote me $2400 FOR JUST replacing the spark plugs. I told him this was not what we agreed upon, he then informed me he would just charge me the original $1700 as if he was cutting me a deal. He then proceeded to question if I was lying to him about what I discussed with Edward. I feel humiliated, disrespected and lied too. This is also after I discussed with Edward that I was a disabled Veteran which he acknowledged and thanked me for my service only to use it as a way to make me comfortable and gain my business. I still have the same issues with my car and nothing has been resolved. I left goodguys tire with 1700 less and still not working right. This issue will not end here, I WILL be contacting the corporate office as well as the better business bureau. If anyone is thinking about taking their business to Goodguys tire I would think again. This place will rob you blind and lie right to your face. This place is the stereotypical scummy bait and switch car repair shop, two thumbs down.

They have a new manager Louie Gonzalez and he fixed everything that was wrong from my last experience. I will be coming back with my truck and my wife’s SUV from now on. Service was excellent and they called when my truck was ready immediately.

First time customer. Terrible, terrible service. Dropped off my vehicle Saturday early morning. Called me by end of day to notify me it was not done. Asked if I could leave it over the weekend which I okayed. It is Monday afternoon and they still are not finished. It’s a coolant flush. Ridiculous, it is a 45min job. Never going back. They did not even do the job. They will be hearing from me.

We were very happy with the service. Also the advice for other items that we will return for. Ishmael helped us from start to finish. We were comfortable with him and his expert advice. We actually felt like he was honest with us. Yes, we will be back to flush & change our transmission oil. And of course future oil changes and multi point inspections. Thank you! Our experience with Good guys once again has been great! We had a family emergency and we needed to have our car up and ready for a long trip the manager Ismael took great care of making sure our vehicle was ready to go. We can tell it’s running so much faster. Thank you to the whole team for working hard for us.

Look no further for all your car maintenance needs! I went to the dealership for my last free oil Change that was under warranty and they informed me that I needed one new tire. The prices there were very high so I called a few places and Goodguys tire (6784 N. Brawley, 93711) surpassed the others, not only by price but their customer service is something to be admired. Louie Gonzales went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough. He made me feel comfortable and confident that my car would taken care of and not just another car like at the dealership. I will definitely come back for all my oil changes and maintenance needs.

I’ll always go here . The manager was very kind and patient with me as I was handling both my kids , trying to find a ride for my husband since the car was going to be done at the same time he got off of work and pay . He offered to stay an extra 15 for me after closing. He didn’t have to stay after (I found a ride) , but I really appreciated the kindness/paitence. We got 4 tires, an oil change , and ac repaired . Everything looks good.

Good Guys Tire & Auto really are the good guys! I went to another shop first (Les S***), where they tried pushing off-brand tires I didn’t even want at crazy prices. When I asked for the brand I already had, they almost doubled the price compared to Good Guys. I’m so glad I came here instead. The service was exceptional & everyone was honest, respectful, cared about helping me, not just making a sale. You don’t find that kind of customer service everywhere! I’d 100% recommend them to family, friends, and honestly, anyone who wants a trustworthy shop that treats you right.
