Goodfellas Collision Center

The service here at Goodfellas was exponential. Eva and Celine at the front were friendly and professional. They were very detailed in explaining my options making it easy for me to make a decision. They even cleaned the inside of my car better than the condition of when it was dropped off! Goodfellas Collision Center is a clean and proficiently ran family business that I prefer over any corporate conglomerate, they offered a personalized touch and made me feel so welcome and taken care of. I will definitely be back and recommend to all in need of car repair or service.

At first, there were some communication issues, but after some effort, we were able to reach an agreement. I especially appreciate Eva—she is a compassionate and excellent communicator. She went above and beyond to ensure a complete restoration, bringing my car back to its original condition. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication!

***Well, had to come back yet again because I locked my own self out of my truck and could not open my driver door. Eva and Chapo helped me out yet again and got my back into my truck immediately. I’m so thankful to have business connections that become like family. Until today, I did not realize this shop is actually massive!! They can do huge jobs or even entire fleets of vehicles! I snapped done cool photos of the outside and inside of the shop because you’d never in a million years know how big of a body shop and collision center this place is just be the outside. *** Today I came back to Goodfellas after damaging my moonroof on my F250 which was stuck in the open position. It’s been raining and I was very stressed out that my interior electrical components could get destroyed. They were able to fix it the same day without having to replace the entire moonroof. They could have completely taken advantage of me and my insurance company but instead they gave me several options and I did not have to pay an insurance deductible or end up with a collision claim on my insurance. I am so thankful for Eva and her technicians and I will always recommend they to anyone needing car body related work. Thank you guys so much once again! Had a couple tiny door dings that were driving my crazy and required more than paint less dent repair. I waited to find a body shop because I thought it was going to cost a fortune. Wish I had not waited the cost was so affordable. Eva, Anthony and Crystal took such good care of me I left feeling like I was a family friend. The price was excellent, the service was so friendly, my vehicle was done faster than promised and the quality was excellent. It’s almost impossible to get service like this nowadays. I’ll never go anywhere else. I highly recommend Goodfellas

I was rear ended and took my car to this body shop. They took over two weeks to fix my car for a very minor fender bender. They eventually called me and asked if I wanted to pick my car up because the small part they ordered didn’t show up yet but it should be there in a few days. I was sick of the rental car I was driving so I told them sure. I picked up my car and now I’m constantly calling them asking if my part came in yet. It’s been over two months and they still tell me “the part isn’t in yet”. Is it coming from Mars?! I’m going back to the insurance agency now and trying to explain this to them. They probably never even ordered the part. They just pocketed the insurance money.

They gave me my car back after a month and a half with my window not working. My shifter was scratch. they said the shifter wasn't their concern. It was the tow truck drivers fault, and I should contact them. I spoke to my adjuster. Goodfellas ended up having to fix these problems. The young lady at the front desk is wonderful.
