Hopefully it was just a new guy? I went in for 2 tires after hitting a pothole the other day and switching from low profiles to 15s with some meat up front. They were nice but didn't understand much English. I asked over the phone AND in person if they did alignments, and they said yes but I saw no alignment equipment. I think he confused it with balancing. When he mounted the tires, he kept forgetting to balance them first, so twice he had to remove the wheel and head to the balancer where things got worse. He used old clamping wheel weights that wouldn't clamp and beat the hell out of my rim, luckily I don't care about these two. Then WE had a hell of a time trying to get the 1/2oz weights to stick since they weren't very sticky. I even offered to go buy new weights real quick but he said no and kept banging a wire brush around and using starter fluid without wiping, to clean it. I had to not only get the sand paper and my own paper towels to clean the area we were applying it to, but also come up with a solution to get the weights to stick. (I applied a thin layer of rubber cement to the weight and let it get tacky and put tape over it to hold to the rim). On my left front, he said it was good when the machine read 1.0 on both sides, and reinstalled the wheel AGAIN. Being an automotive guy, that just didn't seem right to me so I texted a buddy at a shop where I live with a picture (attached) and he said "hell no, that's going to be way imbalanced". I told the guy we needed to get them to be under .25 on inner and outer so we went to work doing more weights. He used two more clamp-on weights so the wheel looks crazy but whatever. It's done and I'm gone. I did go to a nearby parking lot and marked all the weight positions in case any fall off.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They posted a car on Facebook marketplace, in their post they claimed it had a clear carfax report but when asked for the report they said I could go buy it. Didn’t make sense though if you know it has a clear title why wouldn’t you supply the proof. Legitimate dealerships do, although I’m not surprised from a place like this. Either way after asking I was told that he didn’t like the way I was talking to him for simply asking for details, then told me to forget about it. Sounds like a shady person with something to hide to me. Edit: I was on the way and open to looking but you made claims in your post then can’t back them up when asked and got butt hurt when asked to prove your claims. I wouldn’t do business with someone as shady as you. Asking for you to verify your claim of clean carfax report and then being told you don’t like the way I’m talking to you is hugely unprofessional and just shows the level of shady practices you employ in your business!

Zed, the tire guy there was awesome. We had pleasant conversation. He was very friendly, and overall, I think my car troubles were somehow aided with God's help or guidance. Not sure, but everything worked out. Thankful for 24 hour tire shops. 🙌 Oh, and the price for the tire and labor was unbeatable. If I was flat broke i could still afford their prices. I was super satisfied!

So I bought black bmw from this place and the car works great no issue, I thought the deal was to good to be true but when I came in I saw the car and it was grey it’s been 2 month since I bought it and no problems at all! Great person and manager, willing to Work with each one of us really liked the service

I got 2 used tires from this place one seemed fine however the other kept going flat within a couple hours. I brought it back and all they came back with was it was my rim and put it back on. I went to another mechanic to see if that was the issue and not only didn't they say the rim was fine they also found a hole in the tire as well as the valve stem. They patched the hole replaced the valve stem and checked everything for me and my car tire now holds air. Lesson learned I will never go back to this place again and I hope no one else has to deal with the frustration I went through in dealing with this place. Now that they have been given a bad review they say something about the valve stem which was not once mentioned in the 3 times I came there for the same tire. All they told me was rim but seeing as how they post it in a response to my review I realized they just didn't care if I was stuck on the side of the road since they had already been paid.
