On Wednesday, January 17th, we received a call stating our vehicle was ready. I expressed my concern with the lack of communication and how we went from not having the vehicle for 1 day to 6 days. I was met with defensiveness, excuses, and no accountability. I was told GA reached out to us when we missed our appointment. I expressed how we had an evening drop, and the car was there. I was then told they did not know that. I questioned how the key was removed from the lockbox, but they didn't know the car was there. Again, no accountability. No ownership. Based on the security features on the vehicle, we can see our car was not accessed by GA until 1/16 at 3:05PM (5 days). It took six days for our vehicle to be serviced and returned. We lost revenue and still haven't received an apology. Very disappointed in our Glass America experience.

I have been trying to get my windshield replaced for several weeks. The "SAFE" company was a COMPLETE ripoff. They "filled" my original damage, that did not hold btw. There price was over DOUBLE the price of Glass America. Setting up the appointment with Glass America was so easy. They were pleasant, efficient, reasonably priced and fast. They came the day after I called. Thank you. (If anything changes, I will update this review)

From beginning to end these people were very professional. Their glass technician Mr. Sutherland was incredibly Polite professional and proficient I wish all companies had employees like this gentleman.
