Horrible experience, partly my fault for sticking it out so long. Call 1 - Day 1: Needed VIN#. Call 2 - Day 1: Called back in one hour, not in their system. Gave VIN# and said they would call back with estimate - never did. Call 3 - Day 2: Agent hung up. Call 4 - Day 2: Asked to speak to manager. Arranged with insurance. Appointment in 2 days for AM. Day 4 - Never showed up or called (until AFTER they found out I called someone else). Arranged for another company found on Angie's List. DO NOT waste your time like I did.
