Really grateful for Gino’s Tires, which has become our Trusted Go To shop with not just tire needs, but also other vehicle maintenance needs from brakes to oil changes & more. The owner himself, Gino as well as the rest of the staff are very professional, honest, efficient & friendly. They always take care of of whatever the vehicle needs in an efficient and straight to the point manner & do their best to keep the cost fair as well, which speaks for itself when it comes to earning repeat clients. Huge shout out to Tyler and the team! I encountered a flat tire on my F250 while I was in Big Bear and didn’t have a full size spare. We had to ditch the truck and bring the loose wheel to get patched. He took care of me in an hour and was able to successfully repair it. Extremely professional, clean shop, and saved my trip!!! 10/10 would recommend. Thanks again!

Hello, I visited Gino's in Big Bear for an oil change. To think that no one can mess up on a simple oil change is completely wrong. After my oil change at Gino's my vehicle started shaking and the check engine light came on. I never had this problem before. I tried a series of different things to try to resolve this issue and spent money that I shouldn't of spent as the issue is turned out to be from the oil change Gino's did incorrectly. I came to find this out as I removed the oil filter cap and found that the oil filter was placed inside without even mounting it on the cap and the middle part to hold the oil filter was missing. This makes me think it's possible that when they did the oil change the middle part of the oil cap may have gotten stuck as they threw the old oil filter away or something. In the end I spent money that I should have not spent and once I corrected the problem, the check engine light went off. I hold Gino's fully responsible for messing up on the oil change and making me spend money to try to remedy the situation as a working vehicle is important especially in Big Bear. I called on this past Friday to inform them that the check engine light was on and the response was that the check engine light had nothing to do with the oil change, which is now proved to be incorrect. I am holding Gino's fully responsible for this as this was a result of taking my vehicle to Gino's for a oil change. Thank you. ____ UPDATE: I am taken back by the unprofessionalism of the way I was spoke to and hung up on and as well as my boy friend. The owner told my boy friend "He can kiss his a******." The response back to this review was not completely true. I never raised my voice nor yelled. My check engine light was NOT on upon arrival at Gino's. I never said that Gino's did anything wrong to my wheels. I simply declined to pay for services there for new wheels as I found somewhere a whole lot cheaper to get the job done. They also wanted to charge me for new wheels altogether when I simply got the cracked rims fixed. I understood my vehicle needed 7 quarts of oil and never made any issue about this. As a matter of fact, I was quiet the whole time waiting patiently until my vehicle was ready and when the time was up that I was told it would take, I simply inquired about it and just let them know I had a call soon. The middle part of the oil filter cap was missing and they never bothered to say anything nor till this day take responsibility. Should I have truly thought that after being in business for that long, that they never had a clue about oil changes and doing them correctly? To me it seems so unprofessional that a business would flat out lie to me and you (their own customers). It is also not truthful that the oil change was done correctly. Let's get this straight, the oil change was done incorrectly and I even called in on Friday to inform them the check engine light came on. The owner did not try to make things right or refund me at all. In turn, I was hung up on. The owner could of simply made things right and I could of updated/deleted this review. Also, can you tell me where on the notes it indicates a check engine light? It DOES NOT. —— UPDATE 11/02/2024 Gino’s made this right.

Gino’s is the best in town. They run a clean and professional business. Always helpful, friendly and fast. If you purchase tires from them you become what they call part of their ‘tire family’. They don’t let me pay for any repairs or air. 100% trustworthy. I will only buy my tires from them from now on!

First place I called wanted $120. Gino’s $59.95, and Gino’s got me in the same day. I am very happy with Gino’s and can recommend them without hesitation. 4 wheel balance and rotation.
