Giant RV - Service Center

I'd like to give credit where credit is due, I purchased a 395DS Alliance a couple months ago. Had a small wiring issue that arose when I was out camping, talked to John the service manager and he said to bring it in when we return from our trip. Thanksgiving week he had me out in 2 days!!! Thanks to Giant RV, John and his staff for taking care of me. Another reason why I chose Giant RV they take care of you.

I just want to start out by saying that more people need to take the time to give positive reviews when they have a positive experience far too many people spend their time expressing their negative feelings. That said I gotta tell you that my entire experience here at Giant RV has been absolutely stellar. It's a modest building in a modest area but it houses so many parts and accessories for your rv that you can come back 2 or 3 times and still see more. The staff here is very friendly very informative and incredibly helpful. I've been to this location twice and both experiences I have dealt with Carlos and Carlos is absolutely awesome and helpful. I had to do an exchange and I couldn't for the life of me find my receipt which is very much unlike me. Without questions Carlos said no problem I remember you being in here we can take care of it. Now I don't expect that he will be able to do that every time for me and certainly not for every customer but that level of service is so much appreciated on my part. I will recommend them to anybody. Thank you giant RV and thank you Carlos I hope you have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. In Gratitude, AZ

I am really impressed with this service department. They stood by their work when I had a issue. No questions asked. Ray Ybarra was my tech. He was super helpful and informative. They fixed a cracked piece of trim and it looks great.

Nov 2022: Purchased a popup camper in the store in Murietta. So far, so good. May 2023: Found out that the solar panel on the roof (preinstalled) was not connected to the battery and asked Giant RV to fix that. July 2023: After about 2 months we got our camper back and went on our first road-trip. During that trip the battery boiled and nearly exploded, so we had to disconnect the battery and look for a nearby RV store for repairs. That store found out that some connections and crimps were installed badly (probably during the recent fix prior to our trip) and that the battery had died (presumably because of those). The bad connections were fixed and the battery replaced. Repairs did cost us about 300 Dollars, which Giant RV is not reimbursing, because their records do not show that any changes were done to the wiring/connections (wonder how they've connected the solar-panels without changing the wiring to the battery...). All in all an unfortunate and pretty unsatisfying experience. Wouldn't go there again.

My trailer is brand new and has had many issues throughout the year, it's been very frustrating but 'William' at Giant RV service department has made things much easier for me. He does a great job at getting me in as soon as he can and getting the repairs done quickly, always works around my schedule, and makes sure he can get everything he can covered through warranty. Always helpful, teaches me things when he doesn't have to, just an all around great guy and hard worker. Verry happy to have him as my service rep.

We recently purchased a 40 foot motorhome and had several issues, we were recommended giant RV, Service and Parts in Wildomar and have had excellent service. Our service manager is William Hayes and he has been more than helpful, tentative excellent at follow up. Extremely knowledgeable about our motorhome a lot of good recommendations a few teaching moments that we appreciate being new RVing. Promises made promises delivered. We have had our RV at a prior repair shop and was very unhappy. I would highly recommend giant RV Service and Parts in Wildomar.

DO NOT BRING YOUR RV HERE!!! I am very saddened by the experience I had with Giant RV repair in Wildomar. First off, the communication was absolutely horrible. They would just blow me off and say “we will call next week”. They hardly ever returned my calls. It was very frustrating, and I never knew what was happening with my RV. I brought my motorhome in to get about 8 things fixed, nothing too major. They had it for ALMOST TWO MONTHS and all the repairs still aren’t even done. I also feel like they rip their customers off. I was initially quoted $1,670 for all repairs if I had to pay out of pocket. I purchased an extended warranty/service contract, and thought most things would be covered. By the time I picked it up, I had to pay $3,100 on top of the $1,600 that my service contact covered. I never authorized these repairs to be done, and if I knew it would cost so much I wouldn’t have brought it there in the first place. I even had to pay for a new refrigerator door that they never even received, and won’t be here for another 50 days. I told them to just cancel it, but they made me pay for everything in order for them to give me my RV back. This is the WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life. I am generally not the complaining type, but this is above and beyond. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and also possibly taking them to small claims court to recover some of my money. Stay away from Giant RV!
