The employees at the location are more than amazing. They know just how to make someone feel like family and that's exactly how I feel every time I have to use them. Darren is super patient and friendly. He is also straight forward and helps out in any way he can. Jordan is a wonderful receptionist and has exceptional communication skills when it comes to the progress of your car! I have really enjoyed several conversations with all the employees and definitely feel like they care in every aspect. My car looks super phenomenal and they went above and beyond to fix my car in just 3 days. Always a pleasure doing business.

I’ve had my Now totaled car there for 5 months. 2018 Alfa Romeo, took them 6 months of doing nothing to tell me it was totaled while I paid the car payment and insurance. Employees were very sweet but I had to call at least 4 times a week to get them to do anything. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE if you want it done faster.

The best thing I can say about this experience at Gerber in Morganton NC is I'm grateful it is over. Won't ever be back. If I could give 0 stars I would. Jerry hasn't tried to reach out to me since we first spoke. He said he was looking into it. Of course I'd not expect anything less from Gerber

Great service. Was told a time to come in for estimate and how long the process would take. They were ready for me and the estimated time was accurate and quick, no waiting around. Very professional. Receptionist and estimator were top notch. Would recommend!

Wasted my time for over a month to schedule a quote for a paint job.. only to tell me when I arrived they no longer do vehicle paint jobs. Morganton, NC location. Thumbs down.
