The first shop had my truck for 4 months, put over 200 miles on it, gave it back to me with panels that were loose, not aligned, missing parts and defects in the paint. Tried to tell me they didn’t have the hood off when the picture of bird droppings running sideways says they lied. Hope they didn’t have my entire truck on its side!!! They didn’t address the issues until I called USAA and filed a complaint. The second shop promised to get it right!! They fixed a loose panel, installed a single mud flap, swirled the entire driver side paint and said they ordered the parts that were supposed to be in months before. They said they would call me as soon as the parts came in ( parts like an interior door panel and sun visor), these parts should have been ordered 10 months before. I didn’t get a call for a few weeks, when I called, they were confused because they thought my truck was completely finished. In short, if you want your 60K truck abused, paint swirled, months of frustration, poor quality work, horrible customer service, lied to, and forgotten (even as a veteran) then this is the place for you. Don't recommend! My friend got her vehicle "fixed" there and they added a part they said was covered by insurance (turns out it wasn't) and didn't tell her until she got there, so she had to pay an extra $150+ for a part she never asked for. Go literally anywhere but here, especially if you're a woman.

Waited for forty-five minutes when they said that it would take twenty. My mom went back to where the people were working. The fix (replacing a sideview mirror) was done and the people were just talking. They pretended not to notice my mom. She told the guy to pull it out. Finally, he did, but only after she said something. Terrible. Almost a half an hour longer than told. Please don't come here.
