My experience with this place was terrible, and I would never recommend their services to anyone. After my car was in an accident in January, my insurance company referred me to this body shop. I also checked the reviews, which seemed okay at the time—but unfortunately, my experience was far from it. It took them over a month and a half to repair my car, and the costs were extremely high. As soon as I got my car back, I noticed a strange noise. Within a week, the car started losing power and eventually wouldn’t even turn on. I called the shop, and they agreed to take the car back. I had to specifically request a rental because I had no other vehicle. Three days later, they told me they had missed a patch in the transmission and that I had lost all the fluid. When I asked how it was even possible that they returned the car to me in that condition, they claimed they couldn’t know if something was wrong—that it’s the customer’s responsibility to drive the car and then raise concerns. That response was completely unacceptable. They claimed to fix the issue, but the noise continued and the car was clearly not running properly. Every time I tried to raise concerns, they dismissed me and acted like I was imagining things. After I took the car to a different body shop—who confirmed that the transmission was badly damaged because I had driven it without fluid—I contacted Josh and asked them to take responsibility and fix it. At that point, Josh claimed it was a “warranty issue” and not their fault, even though my insurance company confirmed it was related to the accident and should have been addressed during the original repair. Throughout this entire process, Josh and Ruby consistently spoke to me in a condescending way, making me feel like I didn’t know anything just because I’m a woman. Thankfully, the second body shop was honest and professional. They did the repairs that should have been done from the start and confirmed the damage was due to the initial negligence. I was driving a car that wasn’t safe, and it could’ve put my life at risk. If you’re looking for a frustrating, costly, and unsafe experience, then by all means, take your car here. But if you value your safety and want honest service—do not go to this place

Worst place ever I will never come here again. I got rear ended on Easter Sunday in 2024 and didn’t get my car back until February 2025. They kept giving me dates on when my car would be done and every time I called them on that date it was pushed back. This happened for an entire year. I never once got calls to be updated about my vehicle. Only time I got updates was when I called them. On top of that when I went to pick my car up it was NOT perfect. The paint was chipped on my front bumper and I had to bring it back for 2 more days for them to fix it. Also my trunk was missing 2 plastic pieces that they could not find and told me they were going to order them and call me when they came in. This was in February and I have not heard a peep from them since. Absolutely unacceptable!!

The worst experience, my insurance company gave me the opportunity to choose the place and I went there thinking they were very professional, to start the person in charge was racist and despotic with me, he told me 2 weeks and it took 6, then when I handed it over they had not done the work I asked for. And his response was, why wouldn't the insurance company pay? But what? They are there to serve the customer and not the insurance company. They had nothing to do with my insurance company in that case, just give the estimate and do the work. At that time I was very sick and for this reason I couldn't fight my case. They left my vehicle broken from the front where they changed the glass, and the whole front of it stained with white paint and it's black.
