Very nice staff and kept me updated the whole time. It was a pretty long time, but that was due to the availability of parts that were needed. I was always notified of any delays by text. They thoroughly fixed my car and I would go back to them for any future repairs I may need.

Actually I had used gerber before with great results. But after my short time with the damage inspector there. I decided cancel my appointment and to use a different company. I will only say," 1st impressions are the most important". And leave it at that. I tried to give a neutral rating. Decide for yourself.

I had an excellent experience at Gerber Collision on Post Road recently (thanks especially to Dylan Osborne!). My Toyota minivan's rear gate was not working so I brought it in because I had had a good experience with this shop before and *trusted* them not to "nickel and dime" or "bread crumb" me with hidden costs. This new job was actually very tricky and took some "figuring out" but I have to say that Dylan and the crew went above and beyond the call of duty to keep me informed of what was happening, why it was happening, and how much it would cost. I *trusted* them and they repaid that trust with excellent service, competitive pricing, and just all-around-good-human-being vibes. Thanks!

My recent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt ignored and neglected. The lack of professionalism and customer service was evident in every interaction I had with the staff. My appointment was scheduled for 8 am, but they were in a meeting, so I had to wait extra time (30min). During my wait, I received a call from my insurance company, so I went outside to answer my call. While on the call, someone came out of the establishment to assist me, rudely interrupting me. Despite their lack of manners, I politely asked them for a moment to finish my call. Upon returning inside, the receptionist said in an egocentric and arrogant manner that they wouldn't attend to me because I couldn't attend to them while on the phone. Not only did it not meet my expectations, but it also left me with a very negative impression. I would not recommend this company to anyone
