Car repairs are always a hassle, but not with Gerber! They communicated directly with insurance and had my car all fixed up within two days. Not only did they repair my Toyota, they also thoroughly cleaned it and gave it back in sparkling condition. Michael was my estimator and he was so kind, patient, and explained everything. Overall, I had a great experience and will be using Gerber for any future repairs as well as recommending them to others.

After researching local auto body repair shops, my husband and I chose Gerber Collision in Goleta to fix the bumper assembly of our 2010 Prius, which had been hit in a parking lot. We are so very glad we selected Gerber. There, we experienced superb customer service every step of the way. Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful. Our main contacts were Gabriel (Estimator) and Louie (Manager), both of whom patiently and thoroughly answered all of our questions and explained the repair process clearly giving us confidence in choosing this shop. We were impressed upon learning more about the technicians' depth of experience, certifications, and long-term working relationships. And the quality of their repair was top-notch. As promised, the car was ready on time. When we came to pick up our car, we were thrilled to see a shiny, clean vehicle that looked like new. There is so much more we could say in praise of Gabriel, Louie and the team. In short, we highly recommend Gerber Collision in Goleta.

Amazing! Had some scratches on my driver side fender. Gabe looked at the fender and gave me a great recommendation on how to best approach cleaning up the scratches. And then proceeded to fix it right there on the spot. Customer service like that goes a long way. I’d recommend Gerber Collision to anyone. Professional, Quality, and Service. Highly recommend.

I was rear-ended and brought my car to this wonderful team. They took care of me from start to finish. It was definitely a one stoo shop. They helped with getting a rental, dealing with insurance, and keeping me updated on repairs. It was done sooner then estimated and my car looks amazing. I didnt know they were going to also clean my car, slightly embarrassed by the junk I had inside but they were professional and didn't bat an eye or judge my mess at all. Very pleasant team to work with, quick and reliable. I highly recommend. Thank you!!

My daughter needed a repair to her vehicle (rear bumper) after getting hit and these people were amazing from start to finish. They provided an estimate at the time of arrival and explained the repair process. We approved the estimate and they scheduled a drop-off and a VEHICLE RENTAL TO BE ONSITE! This part was extremely helpful as we were dreading having to go to the rental location and handle all of that. The Enterprise Rental employee was onsite and handled everything right there at Gerber. They also happened to have the exact vehicle my daughter was hoping to rent (big bonus). The repair to the vehicle was done before the estimated time and they were able to accommodate another party paying for the repairs and rental car within one phone call. So easy! We checked the repair onsite and it looked perfect. We got home and realized that they washed her entire vehicle and the headlights looked completely restored! These are 17 year old headlights and they look brand new (see pic). We just really appreciated the friendly employees and the easy process. They went above and beyond and we would recommend them to everyone! Thank you so much for everything :)
