George's Restoration offers a broad spectrum of services tailored to meet diverse automotive requirements. As an auto repair station, their core offerings include various forms of vehicle restoration and repair. This encompasses auto body repairs, addressing damage from collisions, vandalism, or general wear and tear. They are known for their expertise in handling paint jobs, including seamless paint matching for both standard and limited edition colors, ensuring your vehicle looks as good as new, or even better. Customers have reported impressive results, with cars appearing to be "brand-new again" after services.

Beyond collision and paint work, George's Restoration also provides more intricate restoration services. This can involve full vehicle restoration, where a car is dismantled and rebuilt to its original specifications, or partial restoration, which might include a new interior kit, engine painting and detailing, engine compartment and undercarriage detailing, and electrical work. They are also proficient in mechanical work, bead blasting, and sandblasting. For those with unique or luxury vehicles, George's Restoration demonstrates capability with various makes and models, including high-end vehicles like BMW X5 and Tesla, and often works to ensure the use of OEM parts when requested and feasible, even advocating with insurance providers on behalf of the customer.

The features that distinguish George's Restoration primarily revolve around its commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of its craftsmanship. Many reviews emphasize the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, including George, Nick, Mike, Esteban, Martha, Lauren, and Jeff. This strong customer-centric approach is often highlighted by prompt communication, detailed explanations of diagnoses and repairs, and a willingness to work with customers and their insurance companies. For instance, some customers have praised George's for standing up to insurance companies to ensure repairs are done correctly, not just economically. The efficiency of their service is another recurring theme, with many repairs completed in a timely manner, sometimes even the same day for diagnostics and minor fixes. They offer a limited lifetime warranty on their restoration services, underscoring their confidence in the durability of their work. Furthermore, for some locations, amenities such as complimentary drinks, a courtesy shuttle, and free Wi-Fi and snacks are offered, enhancing the customer experience. The ability to handle complex repairs, such as those involving specific damage to fiberglass or aluminum boats for certain George's Repair Center locations, also showcases their specialized capabilities, although the primary focus for "George's Restoration" as a general auto repair station is on cars and trucks.

While specific, universally applicable promotional information for "George's Restoration" is not readily available across all potential locations, typical auto repair shops often provide various offers. These can include free estimates for services, which is a common practice allowing customers to understand the scope and cost of repairs upfront. Some may offer discounts on specific services like oil changes, tire rotations, or seasonal maintenance checks. For more extensive work, such as collision repair or full restoration, competitive pricing is often a promotional point, with many customers noting George's offers "very reasonable" and "fair" pricing compared to dealerships. It is always advisable for local users to directly contact George's Restoration for any current specials, financing options, or package deals they might have available. The consistent positive feedback regarding their pricing and the value received for the quality of work performed serves as a strong indirect promotion.

In summary, George's Restoration stands out as a reputable auto repair station, offering a comprehensive suite of services ranging from meticulous auto body and paint work to extensive vehicle restorations. Its defining characteristics include a highly skilled and customer-focused team, efficient service delivery, a commitment to quality backed by a lifetime warranty, and a strong track record of positive customer experiences. George's Restoration Customer Reviews

I can't say enough about George Gelegonya and the type of high quality work he has done on my 1968 Mercury Cougar. He has had my car at his shop for more than 2 years. He has been extremely patient with my pay schedule, and very fair on what he has charged me for his work. The body work is excellent and I a'm looking forward to when the car is finally finished. If you are looking for a body shop for your classic ride to be restored or just fixing a dent in your daily driver, George's Restoration will provide whatever you need for a fair price to go along with excellent work.

George restored my 1968 Mustang allowing me to help with the stripping and sanding of the car. That is where I learned how much work it takes to stabilize what is outwardly a car body in fair to good condition. He is a patient practitioner and does not forget any discussions about the scope of work and the degree of restoration. I found him fair, reasonable, and very good. The restoration cost more that i thought it would and that is because there were more problems discovered in the process than could be seen before starting. My mustang is now newly painted and rust free. The cost was a low five figures--more than I anticipated--but now I have something of value. George does good work to the budget you provide, but old paint hides a lot of problem that always cost more than you "guestimate" to fix. He is more comfortable with rusted sheet metal and sandpaper than he is with people, but that is what you want. George did good by me.

George has done work for me since 1995; he took my '56 F100 Street Rod truck to bare metal, repaired extensive rust and restored the truck to show condition. More recently, he performed similar work taking my '36 Packard coupe to bare metal and restoring it to show condition, also. he is an ethical, concientious, honest tradesman who will always tell you your project costs as accurately as possible when doing work on any vehicle. Given the nature of his work, costs will fluctuate depending on what is found under coats of paint, misaligned body parts, and the like. He will be working on my third project, later this fall. Please feel free to contact me, should you have any questions. Ralph Robert Smith, North Wales PA.

I have been dealing with George for several years now and cant say enough good things about his work. He's knowledgeable, fair, and honest. I have been to several other so called restoration guys/shops and all they did was keep my car and take a lot of my money. My 67 barracuda project started 5 years ago with several other shops before I took my car to George 2 years ago, I also brought him my 71 vw bus and mt 67 mustang convertible. He has been very flexible as to which ones were worked on as per my standards. The bus was completed and sold. Now I am focusing on the barracuda. Here is what I learned along the way. Don't take restoration to a body shop they will do it when they have free time and they never have free time. I had finally thought I found someone good, had them do a lot of work, paid a lot of money and in the end when it all comes together I didn't get a good product. George's work is excellent, he know's what he's doing and he always looks out for me. I buy and sell older cars all the time and know the hidden challenges of a restoration. When I first bought my barracuda I had this grand illusion I was going to get it done quick, cheap, and make a lot of money. It just doesn't happen. I could write a book on the many so called restoration shops I came across over the past 5 years. My Barracuda will be done soon thanks to George because I struggled finding one guy who could do it all, others may say they do it all but in my experience they farm the work out. George doesn't, he does do it and he does it well. My 67 Mustang will be my winter project and its at Georges now. Thanks George for providing a great value for my dollars spent!! Feel free to have any of your potential customers contact me for a referral.
